RJ, Skyler, and Mike are Pretty Much Experts on everything. Join us each week as we discuss everything from video games to moon landings and all the dumb stories from growing up in a small Canadian town in between. Music by Frontline Fiesta
Ok so yeah we are on a break. Mike has shit to do and we don't know when we are going to be back. But luckily for some, we forgot to upload this one last month so maybe this will hold the fans over Thank you Bike Thiefs!
Mike has a bit of a connection issue off the hop but otherwise educates everyone on the art of stripping all seemingly useless crap off a car before scrapping it. Do you really need every knob and spark plug? Is it necissary to fill a garbage bag with trim and window seals? Of course not. But Mike will argue and probably spit on you if you think otherwise. Thanks Bike Thiefs for the intro ripper!
Back with another one! Full of gripes and non sense and right on the line as far as should we have even released it Thanks Bike Thiefs!
Lets start the show with rail workers and finish with Skyler drunk face down nude - the middle is just the rest Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Talk about dating, footraces, new phones and all those things Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
I actually don't remember what we talked about this week oh well. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro rip!!!
NOFX has their new first full length album out in like 5 years, we discuss it and talk about shows and having dandruff and dumb stuff Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
G is back again, we talk about how weirdly huge and special growing up in the Georgetown punk scene was. Also wrestling and gripes and mostly drunken nonsense. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the riff! New album out now on Stomp Records!!!
Special Guest Special Guest! Old bud G sits in to talk shameful acts we are all guilty of and tells the story from when the four of us went to see the Bouncing Souls together and the chaos that followed. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro! New album out now on Stomp Records
Back again with more terrible inventions, probably last time we do this for awhile but also probably not
How times were you almost abducted as a kid? Apparently the experts were regulars at getting into strangers cars and it always turned out fine. Or they didn't but that's lost time and we don't remember Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Mike trolls some dork named Melissa on Craigslist and the rest of the Experts piss moan and gripe about other stuff Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Another week in ultra black keep your windows closed lockdown but at least the Experts are still in good spirits (spoiler nah) Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Back by popular demand! Another episode of the Experts pitching ideas and inventions to each other that literally no one would every use. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Gripes pissing and moaning and lots of talk about collecting hockey cards Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Happy NYE cuckers. This week the experts gripe piss and moan about frivolous inconveniences and talk about cool shit we did when we were young - aka the exact same show as every week. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro, check out their new album on Stomp Records!
As is tradition, The Experts gather round on this fine Christmas Eve and talk about nothing and complain, piss and gripe about most others. Great fan question sent in from Brian derails everything as per usual. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the banger of an intro, look for their new album on Stomp Records
Tim Hortons fight (audio included), some gripes, some inventions - this one has it all. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the banger of an intro!
Full bullshit and gripe episode. How do you like your coffee? Do you watch the crown? Would you fuck me? Thank you Bike Thiefs for the banger of an intro, new album out now on Stomp Records!
Best show ever? Oh best show ever. This week the Experts pitch each other products like Dragons Den/Shark Tank and laugh the entire time? Some of these products are pure gold, and some of them are mini septic tanks you wear in your pants to catch accidental poops. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the rager intro! New album "Leaking" out now on Stomp Records
Toronto is back in lockdown and Mike is in value village without a mask on. Is what it is. Experts complain about Covid and talk trash about Tim Hortons, classic episode Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Skyler has a great idea, lets cover aircraft carries with a field and farm out on the ocean. Apparently, those boats can go super fast and keep up with the sun so it will be noon all year. Ok buddy. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro, new album "Leaking" out now on Stomp Records
I guess we have to talk 'lections? Thank you Bike Thiefs for the killer into and congrats on your new album Leaking - out now on STOMP Records
The Bouncing Souls put out a new album, but not really. Its all old songs redone and updated. Sounded cool and we all were looking forward to it bit as we discussed in this episode its kinda bleh. Also there is so many different "limited edition" coloured vinyls they can buy a ticket and go fuck themselves. The Experts also circle back to Junk Ladder and answer some fan questions. Please send more questions to prettymuchemail@gamil.com Oh! And also we play a song from Mike's short lived band with Shawn (the guy that shot a guy) and Damian (the guy who was shot). Thank you Bike Thiefs for the killer into and congrats on your new album Leaking - out now on STOMP Records
Off the top, Hey fuck you Mick! Second off the top, that's it. Mike harvested some wonderful downtown Vancouver mushrooms, made some calls and put together a great recipe to get a nice full body high without getting too wild. Enjoy! Also, send more fan questions to prettymuchemail@gmail.com Thanks Bike Thiefs!
The Experts rant and rave about what drinks actually make you more dehydrated and and do more harm then good, and then go into a million dollar movie idea "Junk Ladder to the Moon". Mikes trash Tim Hortons wifi dies like 40mins in so this one ends pretty randomly but whatever. Thanks Bike Thiefs for the banger of an intro! Looking forward to Leaking when the full album drops later this month on Stomp! Records.
To the shock of no one, Mikes buddy might have killed a guy. Shotgun to the chest. Buddy is still alive, so its not really murder but we'll see. Also the rumour is the guy that got shot might of kind of had it coming. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro! Their new album "Leaking" out in late October on Stomp Records.
Nofx did a PPV style concert called Weekend At Fattys, where they played the 1992 album White Trash Two Heebs and A Bean from start to finish. It was a killer show and we talked about it a bunch. Shout out to Bike Thiefs and their new album Leaking, available at the end of the month on Stomp Records
This week RJ goes on and on about how clean his butt is and Mike tells a few tales about life in the van. Dealing with passive aggressive business owners blasting his spot up with lights, and some lady and her cuck Buick parking way way way too close. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the wild intro riff! You guys rock and we can't wait for the new album coming out this fall on Stomp Records.
So, people sell vans on Craigslist. Some people sell them for a pretty high price and think its fine. Mike does not think that's fine. This week we peel back some of his day to day misgivings with random van sellers that don't know how to handle a short-fused 2%er Thank you Bike Thiefs for the wild intro!
Gripes about not getting jobs, gripes about having to take useless training to get jobs, and just gripes! Mike shares a great story about some girl throwing a house phone at him for probably any reason and then Brian sends in a great question and everyone laughs for way too long. Send fan questions to prettymuchemail@gmail.com and we WILL answer it! Thank you Bike Thiefs for the wicked intro! These guys rule, support them if you can
This week The Experts cycle back around to a few of last weeks gripes that need a second griping, and then talk about Mikes new bio pic on Netflix called Tread - about a dude that gets fucked with over and over until he runs the town over with a home made tank. Bless him Thanks Bike Thiefs for the awesome intro!
After a few rounds of gripes the Experts stumbled upon a list of Canadas top sports moments and they are ALL the worst picks. Enjoy. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Back to the bang wires! This week Mike shares the two he's been sitting on. One, a clearly weird alleged politician looking to change the world by making everyone just produce hemp and nothing else. The other is him annoying two teenagers that just crashed their Dads car. Good for him. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the ripper of an intro!
Return of the Bang Wire!!! RJ spent the weekend in Montreal and had a little run in with the police and like a real hero recorded the whole thing. Mike tells a great story about posing his pants of the first time as an adult this week and how he cleaned himself up with his very specific living conditions. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro riff!
Mike bought and paid for all of us to watch Steve-Os new special, thinking it could be a good topic for the show. Wong. As usual Mike, wrong. Its hilarious but we didn't really get to it at all. Instead, Skyler and Mike shared stories about the old two man gang (that may or may not still be active who's asking) Thank you Bike Thiefs for the riff and congrats on signing to a big label, don't forget about us when you play Cochella
***HEADS UP*** The original upload failed and crashed so if you got a 3 min episode, delete and redownload again. Thankssss What even is this show... The Experts talk about being a cuck photographer, the return of hockey, the fall of pro wrestling, the greatness of Elizabeth Hurley, the lameness of sunrises, also lots of gripes. I guess the theme is ups and downs? I don't actually remember what we talked about. But Bike Thiefs are sick, check them out and follow what they say and do
Whats a 2%er? We still don't really know. But we watched a documentary from 2013 called Vannin' about the 40th annual national van-in (the natz). These are some people. Vannin' seemed kind of sick in the 70's but whatever is left of that scene is pretty sad. But Mike. Mike loves fridge vans and being a 2% so he spends the whole show telling us why vans are still great. S/O to Bike Thiefs for the into! Support them if you can
Holy heck! Skyler coming through with the bang wire! Hold on to your butts, Skyler surprises us with some hot fire around the half way point Thanks to Bike Thiefs for the ripper!
We've done watch alongs, why did it take so long for listen alongs?! We grew up on music and basically every conversation comes back to that. For our first every listen along we are doing Rancid's self titles debut Ep from 1992. Its super raw and rad and everything we are looking for. Besides that we touch on shoe shopping with a significant other and our usual weekly gripes (Tim Hortons). Thank you Bike Thiefs for the incredible intro riffs! Looking forward to what you fellas having coming next
ONE HUNDO!!! Cant believe we made it this far, thank you everyone who tunes in each week. This week Mike brings back the bang wire and shares a conversation he had with a nice Tim Hortons lady who ruined his evening. Thanks Bike Thiefs! Check them out on all the socials
99 'sodes! We probably should have done a Gretzky but fuck him and his half tucked shirt. Instead we talk about 924 Gilman and the late 80's early 90's punk scene that was born in Berkley California. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the intro!
Lets start things off with a car chase, how 'bout putting up illegal street signs up and down the block to keep other fellow van livers away, now lets quit our job and pierce the dogs ear. A day in life of Mike. Besides that, a few stories of partying all night and giving it a full send outside the COVID testing centre and why we will not ever NEVER go to some cuck social distancing concert. Shout out to the legendary Bike Thiefs and the sick intro riff they let us use. Love you boys
Back again after we all watched some depressing Epstein doc on Netflix. That guy is the worst. Not all bummer though, we talk trash for the first 30 minutes or so as per. Shout out Bike Thiefs for the intro ripper
A few Experts head down to the BLM march and show support. Bike Thiefs supply our intro riff, check them out!
The Experts flash back to 1999 and the tragic passing of Owen Hart, hard to believe its been 20 years. Also gripe and go on and on about our early retirement plans (schemes) Thank you Bike Thiefs for the ripper of an intro!
Ontario was thinking about reopening and then immediately a bunch of dorks in Toronto ruined it for everyone. We Experts also had some wild times last weekend, but from the comfort of our own homes or kitchen floors in Rjs case. Bike Thiefs are sick and follow them!
Another fun one with topics and discussions. Bike Thiefs are great and their intro is great and check them out on all the socials
Heres a new one! Its about stuff We love Bike Theifs and love their cool intro, send them nudes
A little hungover, a little hungry, and a lot over lockdown. This week we talk gripes, reverse gripes, and continue last weeks tradition of grandparent stories. Thank you Bike Thiefs for the riffs!
Heres a fresh one! Mike and Skyler talk about Mikes grandma and how she let them get away with murder plus a bunch of great shitty job stories. Perfect for wasting away an hour of lockdown. Thank you Bike Thiefs! Such a rad intro, couldn't be more stoked
