A podcast for the Jacks of all trades; those of us that want to try our hand at everything we can. Here we talk about the utility of design in various industries. Each episode we talk to a different master of their craft, the idea being that the parts inform the whole. We grow stronger with each skill we explore. As designers, as makers, as creators, we need to share in the experience of others if we are ever to make something new. Come share with us.

It's been a long time. I know. Sorry about that. Life happens. Anyway, we recorded this back in October of 2021 and then "stuff" happened and we didn't get around to editing or posting it. So "today" Derek and I talk to Animation Director and creator, Dan Povenmire, of Phineas and Ferb fame. Dan gets to talking about his TikTok channel, YouTube shorts, how he and Swampy and their animation team (WHICH DEREK USED TO BE ON!!!) would come up with the stories, plots, songs, etc. How the pandemic affected work, life, etc. And more etc. etc. as we just kinda talk about random stuff. But that is what Random Fandom is all about anyway, right?
