The Sarahi Montoya Podcast is an incredibly encouraging and inspiring podcast that is led by the amazing Sis Sarahi. With her insight and wisdom, she brings a fresh perspective to various topics, always reminding listeners of God's love and presence. The latest episode, "Peace in the Middle of Transitions," was especially impactful for me, as it provided much-needed encouragement during a time of personal change. Through her podcast ministry, Sis Sarahi has created a space where listeners can seek God on a deeper level and find peace even amidst life's transitions.
One of the best aspects of The Sarahi Montoya Podcast is Sis Sarahi's authenticity and relatability. Her words come from a genuine place, and her calm and peaceful voice makes it easy to connect with her message. I appreciate how she incorporates personal stories and experiences into each episode, making them applicable to everyday life. Additionally, the podcast often includes sound bites from different places around the world, such as the Congo mission trip, which adds a unique and immersive element to the listening experience.
In terms of drawbacks, it's challenging to identify any significant negative aspects of this podcast. Perhaps one minor criticism could be that there could be more frequent episodes released. However, I understand that creating quality content takes time and effort. Overall, this is a minor critique in comparison to all the positive aspects that The Sarahi Montoya Podcast offers.
In conclusion, The Sarahi Montoya Podcast is truly an uplifting and inspiring listen. Sis Sarahi's ministry through this podcast has brought comfort and reassurance to many listeners, including myself. Her willingness to share her faith journey and insights in such an authentic way is commendable. When we study the first book of John, we see that John really wants us to know who God is. John wants us to be certain of the manifestation of God. John also wants us to know that God came into the world in human flesh, to bring us salvation. He tells us that God is light and in him there is no darkness at all. In this episode, we will focus on the concept that God is light and how that light can be within us too. Instagram: @sarahi__montoya “Dangerous Prayers” by Craig Groeschel
Scripture tells us that joy comes from the Lord. But one thing that we need to realize is that there is a spiritual realm, where the enemy is always looking for any opportunity to rob you from your joy, your peace and the purpose God has for your life. And sometimes it comes in the form of comparison and envy. So in this episode, we will be talking about comparison, the thief of joy, and how that can distract you from your calling & your uniqueness. We will be closing with some practical ways to overcome that. We will be closing with a life-changing exercise from Craig Groeschel's Book “Winning the War in Your Mind” that has been a blessing to me & I pray it will also be a blessing to you during moments of transition or uncertainty while continuing your journey of becoming the person God has called you to be. ----------Follow me on Instagram: @sarahi__montoya Website: Sarahimontoya.com Craig Groeschel's Book: https://www.craiggroeschel.com/books/winning-the-war-in-your-mind
A few months ago, as spring was coming to an end, I wrote a devotional titled: “Consider the Lilies” and in today's episode, I elaborate on that topic and include an application exercise, with the hopes of encouraging you to embrace with joy the season God currently has you in. Jesus faithfully says to "consider the lilies of the field" and reminds us that the lily doesn't worry. If you were to study the science behind the growth of Lilies, you will realize that the lily doesn't complain where it's planted and still grows beautifully in any type of environment as long as it gets sufficient water. Similarly, as God's flowers, we too can take rest and surrender to who God has created us to be, as long as we are receiving his living water regularly. One way to maintain joy during your current season is by seeing the positives in your life through the practice of gratitude. There's a game my husband and I play a few times a week called the “Gratitude Count Down” - I adapted it from the Calm App a while back. I love it and I hope you find it useful too! -----Follow on IG: @sarahi__montoya Follow on IG: @christianbrigadesChristianbrigades.orgSarahimontoya.comThe Calm App

In today's episode we will be discussing how to live a missional life. When God calls you, you can't wait for things to be perfect, or already set up and established. When we see our lives through the eyes of God, we live differently, we give differently, and we love differently. “Go” might look different for you than what it looks for me. For you, it may involve speaking about Jesus with a neighbor, a coworker, a stranger, or a child. Whatever it may be, each of us are called to be part of God's work locally and beyond our own borders. For others it may involve boarding a plane, contributing financially or simply praying for the work God is doing in a certain country or through a missionary. God wants to include us in his amazing work to change lives and save people. He is calling us to arise and go the distance to reach our neighbor, our nation, and the ends of the earth with His great love. You can't keep waiting for opportunities, you need to start creating your own opportunities, and God will do the rest. God is on a mission and anyone who chooses to be a 'follower of Jesus' is signing up to be a missionary with Him. In today's episode we will be discussing our identity in Christ, and I will also be sharing a Bible study tool that has helped me stay true to who God has called me to be. And I pray that it's also a blessing for you. Many times we tend to look outside of ourselves to understand who we are or how we fit in our society. As the world brings about new technology, ideas and trends, we try to keep up with society so that the world can see that we are not too behind. Perhaps to the world, you may demonstrate to be a certain type of person, but to God you are his most precious and valuable gem greater than any earthly material accomplishment. Your properties & belongings don't factor into God's love for you! As humans, our self-identity can be confusing when we do not know who we truly are in Christ. If someone were to ask you, “who are you?” Perhaps you would base your response based on external factors such as your occupation, your background, or perhaps your title in groups that you're proud to be a part of. You are a child of God, blood washed, holy ghost filled, sanctified, child of the living God, you come from generations of warriors, of fighters like David, Samson, Ruth, Esther. You were born to fight and destined to win. This is your identity: God's own identity glowing through you! www.sarahimontoya.com @sarahi__montoyaLink to SOAP Bible Study Outline
