Today we talk about everyone's favorite trigger phrase "The Grind." What is it really? Is it over fetishized in today's world? The phrase has become more of an image than an action. People don't often understand the true nature behind grinding. They simply see the external pieces to the puzzle that make a grinder successful. They siphon those lone pieces to simulate an image that they too are "grinding," when in fact they are spending more time on the image than their actual goals. Don't be afraid to ask people what it is that's keeping them so busy, what they're "grinding" on. It'll be fun for you to hear their answer.
