Paweł Maj to człowiek, którego historia biznesowa przypomina scenariusz filmowy.

How did streaming change music? Not like how did it change the music industry (we talk about that plenty, obviously). And not how did it change bitrate. But how did streaming change the nature of the music that you listen to? How and why and does it matter that you now pay a limited rate for an unlimited amount of music? Within capitalism, how does it matter that "streaming" functions under a fundamentally different system of copyright and finance and technology than…say buying? And how does that all service data collection, listening habits, personalized feeds and everything else? These questions are at the heart of Eric Drott's wonderful new book “Streaming Music, Streaming Capital,” which starts to grapple with the fundamental questions of what streaming is exactly—and what it's done to us. Before we can go out and raise money for our businesses, there are things we need to have dialed in. The idea, the numbers, our pitch and the investors we're going after. This stuff is critical, but THE most important thing is the relationship we have with money. Trying to raise money without dialing in our money mindset is a recipe for burnout, disappointment and regret. Being successful at fundraising and building a sustainable business and wealth starts with doing the inner work. If we're not valuing ourselves, we can't expect other people to. As busy entrepreneurs, we tend to put off doing the inner work, but the truth is, we'll get to our goals faster if we do it first. How do we find the seat of our own value before we go out to raise money? Why do we need to pair deep inner work with outer preparation? In this video, Money Therapist and Entrepreneur, Jennifer Love talks about what we need to get dialed in before we raise capital. Topics Covered; -The challenges of raising money as a female entrepreneur -Overcoming money blocks at any stage in business -How to figure out your Wealthy Why -How to get to the root of your money mindset -Why your money mindset will always control you Guest Bio Jennifer Love is a Money Therapist and Wealth Alchemist specializing in supporting impact-focused professionals and business owners (their teams and loved ones) to live their wealthy lives. As the planet warms, ecosystems are on the move. Biologists and climate scientists have observed the migration of forests toward the poles and even toward higher elevations as human-caused climate change forces species into more hospitable areas. And economists have known for centuries that countries rely on their natural resources for the raw materials needed for producing the goods that help make up their gross domestic product. So what happens to an economy when those natural resources leave? That's exactly what Dr. Bernie Bastien-Olvera and his colleagues set out to understand with their recent paper "Unequal Climate Impacts on Global Values of Natural Capital". While many may take issue with the concept of valuing nature for its economic benefits to humans, such an analysis is important as international leaders work to find ways to compensate countries most impacted by the climate crisis via a Loss and Damage fund and regulations are created that attempt to assign the real cost of carbon dioxide emissions to those that continue to pollute the planet. Dr. Bastien-Olvera joins the show this week to discuss the findings in this paper and its implications for such regulations. Co-hosts Ty and Brock also discuss the new Netflix film "Leave the World Behind". W is for Wartburg. W is for Wolverines. And W is for winning. The connection is purely alphabetical, but we know that the top teams had some big wins on Saturday, one for a bell that is little, and made of brass; one that is against a key conference rival; and one that was on the road after a big turnaround. Berry had Trinity on the ropes before the Tigers' defense recovered in the second half. They had us looking super closely in the first half, not gonna lie. But Trinity came out with the win. Wartburg was down at home before scoring two fourth-quarter touchdowns to win. Grove City, of course, held off rival Washington & Jefferson to win on Saturday as well, getting the Wolverines to a 5-0 start for the first time since ... when? We ask Grove City coach Andrew DiDonato about it, plus we talk about much more in the D3football.com Around the Nation podcast. This edition of the podcast is sponsored by d3photography.com, the licensed photography bureau contracted by D3sports.com. North Central put up some incredible numbers on offense on Saturday in beating Wheaton in the Little Brass Bell game, and we'll detail exactly how dominant Cardinals quarterback Luke Lehnen and his colleagues were. Plus, who was having fun in the 1, pulling through in the 2, out to sea in the 3, the score in the 4, lookin' alive in the 5 and in the mix in the 6. Plus, if you saw a couple of close games on Saturday and were concerned, know that you weren't alone, and we'll talk you through which results to be concerned about and which to let go. The D3football.com podcast is a weekly in-season podcast by Pat Coleman and Greg Thomas, which was started in 2007.
