Speak Your Bold Truth

These words are thrown around in society like it is something we can buy! We all have this is our being if we chose to, but trying to be what society says we should be robs us of this.  Listen in! 

I took a couple of weeks and pressed pause in my business and on social media!  I talk about how we over pack ourselves without any time for us and then life throws you a curve ball, how do you manage? What do you do?  Listen as I share with you how and why I pressed pause, and the power of Pause (P.O.P.) 

Take that step and go, with choice and decision.  This episode I talk about taking steps and go, moving forward. What a preparation looks like to take that step while managing all of those emotions.  I am doing just that, launching something new in January! Two simple words that shifted me one day.  My producer has been with me since the launch of Bold Radio Station and we have such an amazing relationship and bond. His insights are priceless.  He had offered up an insight from a previous podcast and at first it wasn't what I wanted to hear! HA. It was just what I needed to not only hear, but feel to shift a mindset that I was in.  Listen in for 8 minutes. 

It has been a roller coaster ride of a year. I hear so many people talking about healing. healing humanity, our country, the U.S. yet they are screaming names at the other side.  So our "rights" do not make others wrong! 

I stepped away for a bit because I was hiding my voice out of fear, not being accepted, and quite frankly OPO's, other peoples opinions. I was grieving somethings and also was being hard on myself as it was taking "too long. " I decide I would take one step, TODAY to reclaim my voice and my one step was to talk about.  Reclaiming my Voice!

I spoke a bit about our inner critic in a video recently, here I am going a bit deeper. We all have a Hag in the Attic or Bitch in the Basement. She CONTROLS YOU! You can learn how to manage her and move through a lot of her words that keep you small.  Teaching women how to speak, anyone can do, but we need to learn how to manage our "backstage" production, AKA The boldest voice, The Hag!
