Admittedly, I thought procrastination was only associated with things that have deadlines. I may not have limited it entirely to things with deadlines, but I definitely did not think procrastination was a part of my life. All of the things on my to-do list that I delayed and put off for a long time, I didn't consider that procrastination since it didn't have a deadline. But it is. My realization lit a fire under me to break those habits and start building a foundation that helps me get things done sooner rather than saving everything to do later, which is what contributes greatly to my overwhelm! If this feels like anything you'd relate to, please listen in to start changing your habits! 016: Show Notes

There are so many stories in my life where I've dreamt about something BIG in my life, and if I didn't initiate the forward progress, nobody else would do it for me.
