Jim Jordan has been around motorsports for a long time and he definetly shares his experiences. From working with Mazda and developing a ladder system for drivers to advance through to helping run Patrick Dempsey's Dempsey Racing. I know I say this about all my guest but it is true. Tom is one the nicest people in the paddock. As he says he's a little reserved when it comes to talking about himself but he's always there to help and have a good time.
