Your Future Forward is a podcast that aims to bridge the gap between education and careers, helping students navigate the working world. Co-founders Dexter and Molly, both entered the working world through a digital marketing apprenticeship. Whilst doing this at such a young age was so beneficial, we quickly realised how hard the working world is to figure out! We're still on the journey, but want to offer all the insight we can through our experience and that of our guests.
Molly and Dexter discusses whether size really matters... when choosing a company to work at. Having started working at the young ages of 17 and 18, they both have different experiences - Dexter works for a small charity with a large network, and Molly did an apprenticeship at Google - one of the biggest companies in the world. Listen to hear our perspective on the importance of considering company size when choosing your career/job. Follow us on Instagram for more: https://www.instagram.com/yourfutureforward/
