Den bilfria dagen for obemärkt förbi, och det har fått Annika att undra Det finns ju centrum för spelmissbrukare och rehab för shopohoolics, men vilket stöd finns det för notoriska trafiksyndare? Susanne Kottulinsky avslöjar hur tvångsmässiga trafikdårar får hjälp att välja den smala vägen. Just nu går en reklamfilm för Banverket på TV. Annika blev väldigt uppbragt av den. Jörgen Niklasson, säkerhetschef på Banverket struntar i om Annika blir illa berörd av den, så länge filmen räddar liv. Ett av årtiondets mest spektakulära inbrott, helikopterrånet, väcker frågan Är det moraliskt okej att bli fascinerad av något så omoraliskt som ett snyggt utfört brott. Susanna Radovic, doktor i teoretisk filosofi hjälper till att guida Annika och Anders till ett uppbyggligt tankesätt. Brottsforskaren Lars Korsell på brottsförebyggande rådet berättade hur rekryteringsproceduren ser ut in den kriminella världen. Emilia sjunger för Annika. Emilia kommer till studion och spelar.
