„Life gives you a lot of opportunities to be happy, selfishly happy, but the real happiness comes from - what do I do with who I am and how do I share it with others” - Andrea Darabos „Discover More“ is her Chapters Of My Life Book Title. Well, it all summarises what my next Podcast guest aims for. I had Andrea Darabos on my mic. She is the founder of Lean Advantage and Agile Coach for HSBC. I know her for several years now and every time I meet her, she also got this positive attitude, which kind of screams, let’s make it happen. Andrea works with entrepreneurs, intrapreneurs and leadership teams of organisations worldwide, to create sustainable, successful business models and engaging workplaces. She chooses 6 Chapters. „Humble and Happy“ Chapter 1 is about her childhood in Hungary in the 80s. Growing up in the soviet union times, life was simple, but also tough. Already in the early years of her childhood, she was fascinated in several areas of interest among others music, mathematics and even in logistics and small event preparation. Chapter 2 „Exploring to Learn“ is all about Mathematics. A subject which she is attached for several years throughout her teenage years and in her 20s. She dedicated an own chapter about Mathematics, which she called it after too. This chapter is about using her skills and passion to turn complex business problems into basic algorithms while looking into stats and analytics. „Decoding Mathematics“ is Chapter 4 where she shares her study years. As she said, she always aims to have a positive attitude, which paid out in her study years where she soon started to organise classes. Chapter 5 called „Growing in Confidence“ which is a more larger chapter, fully packed about her work experience abroad. First in Germany later in China and Finnland. Ongoing consultancy and implementation of larger scale business transformation Programmes for multinationals in Europe, US, Canda and Asia brought her more experience in product development, marketing and business model generation. „Continuous Improvement„ called Chapter 6 where Andrea explains her life in the UK where she founded her business Lean Advantage back in 2011 and since then works on building self-awareness and self-reliance via various leadership coaching tools and lean and agile methods. Let’s do it. A more entrepreneurial Chapters Of My Life Podcast story with Andrea Darabos. Enjoy! Never give up
