Bindon Biocultural Anthropology and Health Series lecture at the University of Alabama entitled “Biocultural Perspectives and Biological ‘Normalcy’: The example of human consumption of cow’s milk.” Wiley is Professor of Anthropology and Director of Human Biology at Indiana University. She is the author of Re-imaging Milk (2011) and Cultures of Milk: The Biology and Culture of Dairy Consumption in India and the United States (2014).
