In our latest episode, I had the pleasure of hosting Baba Dez Nichols from Sedona, where we delved into the principles of emotional mastery and its significance in personal growth, particularly concerning masculinity. Additionally, we addressed the link between emotional awareness and physical health, noting that unexpressed emotions can manifest as physical ailments, reinforcing the necessity of emotional flow for holistic well-being. Our conversation ventured into the connection between emotional mastery and other life aspects, including sexuality and spirituality, positioning emotional awareness as foundational for personal development.
