>>Join Wicked Smart Golf Academy To Lower Your HDCP Fast: Proven paths to break 90, break 80, and crush competitive golf (no swing changes required) Jim Waldron is a mental performance coach and golf professional with one of the most diverse backgrounds in the sport, incorporating lessons from Buddhist mindfulness, modern neuroscience, NLP, and shamanism into his "mind-body connection" holistic approach. After a tough showing in a junior tournament led to an 11-year hiatus from the game following an anger-filled outburst at age 15, Jim spent his time in California studying human potential and Zen Buddhism before returning to the game to help thousands of golfers overcome mental blocks like the yips. In this episode, you will learn: The "Two Minds" Theory and the Watchdog: How the unconscious mind acts as a computer that can be programmed for new skills, and why a skeptical "watchdog" often prevents golfers from successfully implementing swing changes. A Radical Approach to Curing the Yips: Why the "principle of paradoxical intention"—giving yourself permission to yip—actually decreases the frequency of the disorder. External vs. Internal Meditation: Why traditional "internal" meditation can be dysfunctional for beginners and how to practice "external" meditation, such as focusing on a candle flame or practicing walking meditation to stay present between shots. The Power of the Carefree Mindset: Lessons from Jack Nicklaus and Scotty Scheffler on maintaining emotional detachment from outcomes and using a singular focal point to strengthen the mind-body connection. Tactical On-Course Reset Strategies: Specific techniques to handle fear and pressure, including the 336 breathing method (3-second inhale, 3-second hold, 6-second exhale) and the "I'm safe" amygdala-calming affirmation. The universal practice of shamanism dates back over 100,000 years. Originally shamanism was all about connecting the land, the plants, the animals, the Elements, and the Moon, stars, planets, galaxies, and the Universe. Shamanism was practiced for survival. The sky beings gave Shamans around the world all the news of what was happening on the planet and what was to come. The Spirits taught Shamans how to deeply connect to the land to build shelter and to find food.In a modern technological society, our needs changed and we turned to the practice of shamanism for our personal needs.Join Renee Baribeau and Sandra Ingerman  as they explore how we are now moving to a time where we do need to create true embodiment with the forces of Shamanism that helped people survive for ages. This is such a potent topic!Support the show

The argument is not that every beat causes trance, or that neuroscience has proven spirits. The stronger argument is that rhythm enters the human organism through hearing, motor prediction, breath, movement, attention, emotion, expectation, culture, and social synchrony. The drum becomes powerful when sound, body, group, ritual frame, and meaning converge. These sources support the archaeology, neuroscience, EEG research, shamanic studies, possession studies, Indigenous and culturally specific drum traditions, ritual theory, placebo and meaning-response research, ceremonial magic, and modern witchcraft material used in the episode.Core Academic and Scientific SourcesHuels, Emma R., Hyoungkyu Kim, UnCheol Lee, Tirsa Bel-Bahar, Ana V. Use carefully: this does not make group drumming a cure-all. It supports the more grounded claim that embodied rhythm and group participation can affect mood, social connection, and body chemistry.Bittman, Barry B., et al. “Composite Effects of Group Drumming Music Therapy on Modulation of Neuroendocrine-Immune Parameters in Normal Subjects.” Alternative Therapies in Health and Medicine 7, no. 1 (2001): 38–47. Use as older supporting material on group drumming and neuroendocrine-immune measures. They appear in the archaeological record as instruments tied to early sound-making, ceremony, and social order. Both, Arnd Adje. “Music Archaeology: Some Methodological and Theoretical Considerations.” Use as general support for why ancient instruments should be treated as ritual and social evidence, not merely decorative objects.Anthropology, Ethnomusicology, Ritual, and TranceRouget, Gilbert. Without Sophia, his AI Co-Host, Detlef Schlich returns to the physical presence of a real conversation: two people sitting inside a gallery, surrounded by paintings, sculptures, handmade objects, and the quiet energy of a space that has only recently been brought back to life. Felicitas speaks about discovering the empty room by chance, renovating it over nearly a month, and turning it into a living continuation of her artistic path.At the heart of the episode is the meaning of the name Gallery Emptiness. For Felicitas, emptiness is not a void, not absence, not nothingness. It is a space without fixed essence — a field of relation, vibration, energy, and possibility. This becomes the philosophical pulse of the conversation. The episode also opens towards future plans for the gallery: spoken word evenings, poetry, word games, small performances, mini theatre, workshops, clothing upcycling, and creative gatherings where people can explore expression in a personal and playful way. There is also a subtle but strong critique of disposable fashion culture — the tendency to buy, wear once, and discard. Felicitas offers another path: clothing as second skin, as personality, as self-made presence.Gallery Emptiness becomes more than a gallery. It becomes a small cultural chamber in Bantry — a place for art, words, encounter, transformation, and community. The episode closes with a new Los Inorgánicos song:“Emptiness Is Not a Hidden Void”A poetic reflection on Felicitas' statement, the gallery, and the strange beauty of a space that begins empty only so something alive can enter.Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. He is recognised for his seminal work, including a scholarly examination of the intersections between shamanism, art, and digital culture, and his acclaimed video installation, Transodin's Tragedy. He primarily works in performance, photography, painting, sound, installations, and film. In his work, he reflects on the human condition and uses the digital shaman's methodology as an alter ego to create artwork. His media archaeology is a conceptual and practical exercise in uncovering the unique aesthetic, cultural, and political aspects of media in culture.WEBSITE LINKS WAW Official YouTube Channelhttps://www.youtube.com/@WAWBandFrom the forthcoming WAW albumThe Stories of Nil YoungTwo songs from WAW's developing album project The Stories of Nil Young — a mythopoetic journey along the Nile, where river, memory, loss, cooperation and hope flow into music.AfricaSmileAfricaSmile follows the Nile as an imagined journey from its sources to the Mediterranean Sea — a river of memory, movement, rhythm and myth. The song turns the meeting of the White Nile and the Blue Nile into a fragile image of cooperation. TC PODCAST W/ MIRIAM MONDSHEIN Born and raised in West Germany, Miriam Mondshein got in touch with music already at the age of 3 by the sound of The Cure, and found her passion for experimental sounds in her early teens when Tool released their album “Lateralus” and bands like Nine Inch Nails had their peak. Influenced by artists like Aphex Twin and Massive Attack, it was no surprise she developed a favour for electronic music and discovered techno at age 12. What started as a hobby quickly developed into way more than just collecting music - it became her only rescue from daily struggles and the reason for Miriam to move to Berlin in 2007, where she became a part of the scene quickly and got blessed by the golden Berghain times. Marcel Dettmann's raw bouncy grooves and Ben Klock's hypnotic minimalism educated her hearing and shaped the perfect bridge to the warm dryness of classy raw UK techno and garage beats. To this day, those influences are strong characteristics in her mixes and productions. As DJ, producer, and painter, Miriam Mondshein integrates her synaesthesia as a tool to create psychedelic moods in both of her artistic practices equally. The ability to see sound enables her to combine grooves and trippy rhythms from different genres with contemporary techno sound, an old school spirit, and a huge love for B-side digging. Mind-twisting, mantra-like vocal snippets and atmospheric loops define her signature sound - inviting the crowd to a meditative state on the dance floor, while the necessary pressure is delivered by full bass lines, rich kick drums, and just the right amount of distortion to add an accent of rawness to the vibe. Shamanism is real - and it can happen on the dance floor. Follow MIRIAM MONDSHEIN here: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/miriam.mondshein Soundcloud: https://soundcloud.com/miriam_music

For thousands of years, people have claimed to encounter animal guides that offer wisdom, protection, healing, and spiritual insight. From ancient shamans and spirit guides to modern power animals and New Age practices, these traditions continue to influence millions of people today. But where did these ideas originate?Joel traces the history of familiar spirits, tutelary spirits, ancestral guides, and modern spirit animal teachings while examining their connections to occultism, esoteric societies, and contemporary spirituality. Along the way, he explores the symbolism attached to animals such as the wolf, bear, bat, raven, and dragon, as well as the role these beings play in shamanic journeying and mystical experiences. The conversation also ventures into deeper territory, examining Michael Harner's Core Shamanism, the rise of neoshamanism, the Sirius mysteries, spirit guides, and Aleister Crowley's teachings on ego death, Crossing the Abyss, and the City of the Pyramids. Are spirit animals merely symbolic archetypes? Are they psychological constructs? Are they spiritual entities? And what does Scripture have to say about seeking guidance from unseen spiritual beings?Join Joel as he investigates one of the most popular concepts in modern spirituality through the lens of history, occult traditions, and biblical discernment.Merchandise: https://freetherabbits.myshopify.comBuy Me A Coffee: DonateFollow: Website | Instagram | X | FacebookWatch: YouTube | RumbleMusic: YouTube | Spotify | Apple Music Films: https://merkelfilms.com Email: freetherabbitspodcast@gmail.comDistributed by: merkel.mediaIntro Music:Joel Thomas – Free The RabbitsYouTube | Spotify | Apple MusicOutro Music:Joel Thomas – GreyYouTube | Spotify | Apple MusicTopics DiscussedSpirit Animals, Power Animals, Totem Animals, Familiar Spirits, Spirit Guides, Shamanism, Neoshamanism, Animism, Michael Harner, Carlos Castaneda, Mircea Eliade, Native Traditions, Dog Star Sirius, Dogon Tribe, Freemasonry and Sirius, The Blazing Star, Occult Symbolism, Animal Totems, Wolf Symbolism, Bear Symbolism, Bat Symbolism, Dragon Symbolism, Raven Symbolism, Sheep Symbolism, Turkey Symbolism, Ladybug Symbolism, Ancestor Spirits, Tutelary Spirits, Familiars in European Folklore, Spirit Journeys, Vision Quests, Dreams and Spirit Animals, Aleister Crowley, Crossing the Abyss, Choronzon, Babalon, City of the Pyramids, Ego Dissolution, Biblical Discernment.

In this episode I speak with Miguel Da Silva. Miguel is a radio DJ presenter and Shaman. Born in Portugal and growing up through the civil war, Miguel's childhood was far from easy. In his teenage years he sought escape through drugs and alcohol. After several failed relationships he moved to England. His love of music attracted him to pirate radio where he became a DJ presenter, something he still does to this day. His life experiences drew  him towards Shamanism, ancient beliefs connecting with nature and the universe. It's a moving account of one man's life and through adversity, he learnt to be resilient and  finally love himself once again.

In Arteetude 338 – The Law of Acceleration, Part One, Detlef Schlich and Sophia, his AI Co-Host, begin a two-part philosophical journey into acceleration, artistic exhaustion, media pressure, and the fragile search for resonance in the technological age.Following the reflections of Arteetude 336 and 337 — from Heidegger, Kurzweil, AI image floods, The Collapse of Wonder, and Ilen's Hopium — this new episode asks why artistic life today feels so permanently accelerated. Even a three-month release rhythm can feel like constant pressure when writing, producing, editing, uploading, promoting, and reflecting never truly stop. The episode brings together two major thinkers of speed and modernity. Paul Virilio — born in Paris in 1932 and deeply shaped by war, urban destruction, architecture, technology, and military acceleration — developed the idea of dromology, the logic of speed, and famously argued that every invention also invents its own accident.Hartmut Rosa — born in Lörrach, Germany, in 1965 — offers a later sociological diagnosis of modern life through his theories of social acceleration, alienation, and resonance. His work asks what happens when not only machines, but social expectations, communication, production, and everyday life itself accelerate. For Detlef, this is not only theory. It becomes a personal reflection on ageing as an artist, on WAW, Arteetude, AI images, podcast production, music videos, social media, and the strange condition of the independent artist who has gained freedom — only to discover that freedom can become infrastructure. At the heart of the episode is Detlef's 1990s song “Zeitrebell”, whose refrain becomes a poetic counter-gesture to acceleration:Ich bin ein Zeitrebell, und wenn es mir zu schnell wird, stelle ich mich auf den Schatten meiner Sonnenuhr. In this episode, the old Zeitrebell returns — not as nostalgia, but as a living message from Detlef's younger self to the ageing artist of today. The episode closes with a new musical reflection by Los Inorgánicos:“Zeitrebell — The Shadow of the Sundial.”Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. The deeper you go into psychic and energy work, the more sensitive you become, not less. If you're building a spiritual practice or just trying to understand why doing this work keeps leaving you wrecked, this episode is the one you didn't know you needed.About This Episode Rachel White spent nearly two decades as a Senior Vice President at a global corporation, quietly doing tarot readings out of her Chicago apartment on weekends. Today she runs TOTEM Readings in Austin, TX, serves thousands of clients worldwide, and just published The Business of Woo, a pragmatic field guide for anyone trying to build a legitimate, client-facing spiritual practice without the toxic positivity or the grift. What makes Rachel's perspective genuinely rare is this: she doesn't just practice energy healing and psychic work at a high level... she spent 20 years in corporate strategy before doing it full time. The result is one of the sharpest, funniest, and most grounded conversations we've had about the intersection of psychic abilities, modern spirituality, and what it actually costs to build something real around both. What You'll Hear in This EpisodeWhy developing your psychic abilities doesn't make you more protected over time. it makes you more permeable, and what that means for your daily life, your sleep, and your practiceThe single biggest mistake new practitioners make before they ever take a first paying client, and why your enthusiastic friends are not a market validation strategyWhy the Business of Woo is a $38 billion industry that is actively maturing, and what that means for anyone with a spiritual side hustle right nowThe pricing framework Rachel uses with her own mentoring clients, including why charging too much is often a red flag, not a signal of qualityWhat Rachel calls "the fake exorcism." A case study from her real practice that reveals exactly how fear-based manipulation works in the woo space, and how to spot it before it costs someone $10,000Why she tells herself out loud, several nights a week, that she will not leave her body in her sleep, and what that has to do with running a sustainable spiritual practiceWhy social media is structured more like a Ponzi scheme than a marketing channel, and what actually converts spiritual seekers into paying clientsThe one business move that outperforms Instagram, retreats, and online courses every single timeThe Bottom Line If you've felt drained, overstimulated, or emotionally gutted after doing spiritual or energy work for others, you're not doing it wrong... you're doing it right, and nobody warned you what comes next. Rachel did the hard work of figuring that out over sixteen years so you don't have to start from scratch.Listen, then tell us: Are you in the woo business, thinking about it, or just watching from a curious distance? When one looks at some of the Ancient Civilizations that are written about in myths and legends it is taught that long ago humans saw themselves as part of one collective. There was no division only oneness. As we know humanity moved into division and separation from each other, Nature, and the sacred web of life. Could this be the source of how greed was born? For the behavior of the collective has moved into greed.Sandra Ingerman and Renee Baribeau decided to explore the source of greed during this show which is an important aspect to look at as we try to move forward creating a good life for all. We're at a pivotal moment in world geopolitics. Increasingly the masks and the gloves are both off - but it's not a binary choice any more between two sets of suits in slightly different coloured ties: now we have the right showing its true colours  - and a chance for the progressive majority in this country to find its feet and lead us towards a genuinely thoughtful, emotionally literate, high-bandwidth politics that ditches the toxic tribalism and instead lays the ground for a future that could actually work. We're joined this week by Neal Lawson, co-founder and Executive Director of the progressive pressure group, Compass; and Rupert Read, Co-Director of the Climate Majority Project. Neal is a member of the Labour Party, and Rupert of the Green party and we came together to discuss the forthcoming by-election in Makerfield, where Andy Burnham, Mayor of Greater Manchester is standing as a candidate, with a view to standing for leadership of the Labour Party if he wins.  His main challenger is the Reform party led by Nigel Farage.  The Greens are newly invigorated after their recent win in the Gorton and Denton by-election in Manchester, so there has been a lot of conversation in progressive circles as to whether the Greens should step away to give Burnham a clear run. This seemed a good moment to have a vigorous conversation - to explore the possibilities and potential and the routes forward should Burnham win. In Arteetude 337 – Ilens Hopium, Detlef Schlich and Sophia, his AI Co-Host, continue the philosophical journey begun in Arteetude 336, The Collapse of Wonder. After exploring the flood of AI-generated images, Heidegger's question concerning technology, and Ray Kurzweil's vision of technological acceleration, this episode moves closer to the river — not as a simple metaphor, but as a living method of thought. From the Nile of AfricaSmile to the River Ilen in West Cork, Detlef reflects on how rivers carry memory, sediment, wounds, names, and fragile possibilities of hope. The River Ilen becomes more than landscape: it becomes biography, artistic method, local presence, and a counter-image to technological acceleration. The episode explores the origin of the word Hopium, first used playfully by Dirk in relation to the emerging WAW song idea Ilens Hopium. What began as a joke opens into a deeper philosophical space: She — the River Ilen — is hoping for hope. Through Heidegger's lens, Hopium becomes a word that reveals contradiction: hope and suspicion, medicine and poison, survival and self-deception. Through Kurzweil's lens, the river offers another kind of intelligence — not singularity, but plurality; not acceleration, but return; not one final answer, but bend after bend, name after name. The episode closes with a new Los Inorgánicos piece titled “First Mist from the Ilen — Every Bend a Hope / Before the Song Appears.” This is not intended to replace the future WAW single Ilens Hopium, which Detlef and Dirk hope to release later this year. Instead, it functions as a philosophical companion in the universe of multilayerism — a sonic sketch, a small ritual support, and a first mist rising from the River Ilen before the full song appears.Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. He is recognised for his seminal work, including a scholarly examination of the intersections between shamanism, art, and digital culture, and his acclaimed video installation, Transodin's Tragedy. In Arteetude 336 – The Collapse of Wonder, Detlef Schlich and Sophia, his AI Co-Host, enter the philosophical afterglow of the creative process behind the AfricaSmile music video. What began as an AI-assisted editing process became a deeper question: what happens when the world becomes endlessly imageable? When every vision can be generated, corrected, beautified, animated, and replaced, does art gain new freedom — or does wonder begin to collapse under the pressure of too much availability?Through the lens of Martin Heidegger's The Question Concerning Technology and Ray Kurzweil's The Singularity Is Nearer, Detlef reflects on AI not simply as a tool, but as a new mode of revealing the world. Heidegger warns that modern technology turns nature into “standing-reserve” — material waiting to be used. Kurzweil, by contrast, sees technological acceleration as part of evolution, moving toward the merging of human and machine intelligence.Between these two poles, Detlef asks: is AI helping us discover deeper secrets, or are we consuming revelation too quickly? From the Nile of AfricaSmile to the River Ilen of the upcoming Illens Hopium, this episode explores the river as a counter-image to machine speed — a slower force of memory, erosion, sediment, and hope. The episode closes with the new Los Inorgánicos song “Slow the River Down”, a dark, poetic reflection on image overload, artistic dignity, and the need to let mystery breathe.Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. It is not a naïve peace anthem, but a wounded musical hope: two different currents meeting, listening, and still moving forward together. The Niles Bittersweet SongThe Nile's Bittersweet Song is the first official single by WAW / Wild Atlantic Way — Detlef Schlich and Dirk Schlömer. The song follows the Nile as a river of memory, beauty, loss and contradiction: a life-giver, but also a force that can take away what it once nourished. Through the story of Kamau, it becomes a poetic reflection on childhood, fragile hope, and the emotional landscape carried by a river that is both kind and cruel.Inspired by East African storytelling traditions and shaped along the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork, The Nile's Bittersweet Song is a mythopoetic musical journey about water, grief, resilience, and the deep human longing to keep moving with the current.Inspired by East African storytelling traditions and shaped along the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork, The Nile's Bittersweet Song is a mythopoetic musical journey about water, grief, resilience, and the deep human longing to keep moving with the current.WAW BandcampSilent NightIn a world shadowed by conflict and unrest, we, Dirk Schlömer & Detlef Schlich, felt compelled to reinterpret 'Silent Night' to reflect the complexities and contradictions of modern life.https://studiomuskau.bandcamp.com/track/silent-nightWild Atlantic WayThis results from a trip to West Cork, Ireland, where the beautiful Coastal "Wild Atlantic Way" reaches along the whole west coast!https://studiomuskau.bandcamp.com/track/wild-atlantic-wayYOU TUBE*Silent Night Reimagined* A Multilayered Avant-Garde Journey by WAW aka Dirk Schlömer & Detlef Schlichhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAbytLSfgCwDetlef SchlichInstagramDetlef Schlich ArTEEtude I love West Cork Artists FacebookDetlef Schlich I love West Cork Artists Group ArTEEtudeYouTube Channelsvisual PodcastArTEEtudeCute Alien TV official WebsiteArTEEtude Detlef Schlich Det Design Tribal Loop Download here for free Detlef Schlich´s Essay about the Cause and Effect of Shamanism, Art and Digital Culturehttps://www.researchgate.net/publication/303749640_Shamanism_Art_and_Digital_Culture_Cause_and_EffectSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/arteetude-a-podcast-with-artists-by-detlef-schlich/exclusive-content

In Arteetude 335, Detlef Schlich and his AI Co-Host take listeners deep inside the making of the upcoming AfricaSmile video by WAW — not simply as a music video, but as a fragile negotiation between image, friendship, artistic responsibility and technological imagination. What began as a “quick visual accompaniment” slowly transformed into an unexpectedly emotional and philosophical journey. The episode explores the creative tensions between Detlef and Dirk Schlömer, the symbolic worlds of the White Nile and Blue Nile, the controversial removal of the original AI-generated “mythological beauty” figure, and the emergence of a new visual language built from floating tull fabrics, sediments, ritual movement and dissolving landscapes. At the centre lies the mysterious “zero” — the final number in the river countdown system running through the video from source to delta. Initially beautiful, later deconstructed, the zero becomes a symbol for disappearance, convergence, incompleteness and transformation.Detlef also reflects on his ritualistic nighttime working process as a “digital shaman”: candlelight, headphones, darkness and listening “between the lines” of the music in order to discover hidden emotional frequencies.Arteetude 335 becomes a meditation on:artistic friction, friendship,AI aesthetics, visual ethics, mythopoetic filmmaking, and the fragile possibility of hope inside a wounded world. The episode concludes with the video version of AfricaSmile — beginning not with the trumpet intro of the single version, but with the bubbling source of the White Nile itself.Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. He is recognised for his seminal work, including a scholarly examination of the intersections between shamanism, art, and digital culture, and his acclaimed video installation, Transodin's Tragedy. What begins as a simple story about a local playlist becomes a deeper meditation on independent music, visibility, community, and the emotional labour of self-promotion. Detlef looks back at the old DIY days of band promotion — photocopied flyers, cut-and-paste posters, pubs, record shops, and paper under car windscreens — and compares them with today's digital rituals of links, WhatsApp messages, Instagram stories, Spotify streams, and online voting. At the centre of the episode is The Cork Playlist, created and curated by Neil Quinn, as an important cultural platform for Cork music. Detlef considers how such local initiatives interrupt the disappearance of music in the endless streaming machine and create a space where artists can be heard, compared, supported, and discovered. The episode also tells the dramatic and slightly comic story of WAW's three-day voting campaign: the excitement, the constant refreshing, the stress, the WhatsApp group mistake, the quick lesson in digital boundaries, and the realisation that promotion must remain an invitation — not an invasion.WAW reached second place with 465 votes, while Stacey Dineen deservedly won first place with her beautiful song “Stay.” Rather than framing this as defeat, Detlef and Sophia explore second place as evidence of resonance: a sign that Africa Smile moved through people, networks, friends, strangers, Cork, West Cork, Germany, and beyond. The episode closes with gratitude to everyone who voted, shared, listened, added the song to playlists, and carried it further — before playing “Africa Smile” once more as the end-song.Two rivers meet. Two artists listen. One wounded hope keeps moving.Detlef Schlich is a rock musician, podcaster, visual artist, filmmaker, ritual designer, and media archaeologist based in West Cork. Through the story of Kamau, it becomes a poetic reflection on childhood, fragile hope, and the emotional landscape carried by a river that is both kind and cruel.Inspired by East African storytelling traditions and shaped along the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork, The Nile's Bittersweet Song is a mythopoetic musical journey about water, grief, resilience, and the deep human longing to keep moving with the current.Inspired by East African storytelling traditions and shaped along the Wild Atlantic Way in West Cork, The Nile's Bittersweet Song is a mythopoetic musical journey about water, grief, resilience, and the deep human longing to keep moving with the current.WAW BandcampSilent NightIn a world shadowed by conflict and unrest, we, Dirk Schlömer & Detlef Schlich, felt compelled to reinterpret 'Silent Night' to reflect the complexities and contradictions of modern life.https://studiomuskau.bandcamp.com/track/silent-nightWild Atlantic WayThis results from a trip to West Cork, Ireland, where the beautiful Coastal "Wild Atlantic Way" reaches along the whole west coast!https://studiomuskau.bandcamp.com/track/wild-atlantic-wayYOU TUBE*Silent Night Reimagined* A Multilayered Avant-Garde Journey by WAW aka Dirk Schlömer & Detlef Schlichhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dAbytLSfgCwDetlef SchlichInstagramDetlef Schlich ArTEEtude I love West Cork Artists FacebookDetlef Schlich I love West Cork Artists Group ArTEEtudeYouTube Channelsvisual PodcastArTEEtudeCute Alien TV official WebsiteArTEEtude Detlef Schlich Det Design Tribal Loop Download here for free Detlef Schlich´s Essay about the Cause and Effect of Shamanism, Art and Digital Culturehttps://www.researchgate.net/publication/303749640_Shamanism_Art_and_Digital_Culture_Cause_and_EffectSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/arteetude-a-podcast-with-artists-by-detlef-schlich/donations

Sometimes we feel with all that is happening in the world we need to meet the crisis and do more. Some people can do more, and some people are doing all they can. It is important to understand that when we can take actions that change one person or more in our community that creates a huge change that is not always visible. In this inspiring show Renee Baribeau and Sandra Ingerman speak about how every time we can help one person we have no idea the positive ripple effect that is created. And we all could make a huge change in the world by helping to change even one person's life.Join us as we reflect on how how we all have the ability to create huge change if we stop comparing ourselves to the work of others. Send Us a Message!Coming out later in life can feel like the moment everything finally makes sense, until you realize freedom also brings you face-to-face with the pain you've been carrying for decades. I'm joined by Peter Kahn, a Reiki practitioner, reclaiming witch, and Soul Rising graduate, for a candid conversation about growing up bullied, hiding a trans identity for survival, and what it's like to finally say “I'm not just an ally, I'm a member” out loud.We dig into Internal Family Systems (IFS) parts work and why “there are no bad parts” is more than a nice idea. Peter shares how shifting from fixing himself to holding space for himself softened defensiveness, changed his relationship with work, and made self-worth feel less like homework and more like coming home. We also talk nervous system regulation in everyday life, including how to notice your warning lights before you explode, and why curiosity beats post-mortem analysis every time. The conversation widens into culture and community: microaggressions, othering, and the responsibility of people who still “code” as the dominant group to show up as real allies. We explore the practice of calling people in instead of calling people out, without giving anyone a pass for harm. Then we bring it back to spiritual healing, with Reiki, shamanism, journeying, guides, power animals, earthing, animism, and the relief of feeling connected to something larger than the isolated self.If you're navigating gender identity, rebuilding self-esteem, healing trauma, or searching for grounded spiritual tools that work in real life, this one is for you. Start Your Transformation Now  How To Have Peace of Mind In The Chaos All Around…that's huge right? I mean,it would be amazing. And, I want you to know, it's possible. I've decided to change the content format of the podcast. I want to bring a more “spiritual” approach to the podcast and I start that this week. (Bear with me as I fumble a bit trying to find my content and delivery style for this new approach.) In this episode, I talk about how to have peace of mind in the midst of what's happening in the world and I approach it from a “spiritual” aspect. In this episode I talk about:[11:47] How all the fear in the world is all “3D ego”[15:47] Reinforcement of the Be Do Have theme in the podcast and look at your BEing[21:15] How you're responding to the world[22:50] What you're learning about yourself in the world in the midst of this all[26:17] Taking advantage of the change in the world[27:32] Shamanism and letting a part of your ego “die”[29:15] Leaving your old life and routines for a new life[31:16] Letting your old “reality” die And, overall, I talk about who you have to be and what you have to do to cultivate POM (Peace of Mind) through this huge life transition we're all going through. Listen, apply, and enjoy!  As I'm shifting content and thinking about what I want to share, again, bear with me and overall this whole episode is about you leaving the old you behind you as the result of this global situation. Renee and Sandra felt this topic is so important for all of us as it is so important to stay grounded, centered, and fully in our body during the challenging times we are facing. It is important to understand that when others are suffering on any level, they might throw a cord into you or try to steal your soul. This is a perceived way of using others' strength to try and feel stronger and protected. This never works out for anyone. As you can't use another's energy for yourself.Join Renee Baribeau  and Sandra Ingerman as they take up the powerful topic of cutting cords and avoiding having your soul stolen by others.  Visit us at Shamanstv.comSupport the show
