Folks this week Andy and Phil had the enormous pleasure of interviewing the man, the myth and the legend that is Jonny Burrows. Any person who is in the combat sports industry knows who Jonny is and all that he has achieved in this game. Jonny has fought in some of the worlds toughest tournaments from the bare knuckle NHB of the WVC in Brazil to the NHB Finn Fight Tournament, he also fought on Gladiator Challenge in the USA. Jonny was instrumental in bringing the cage to MMA in Ireland with the legendary Cage Wars promotion along with Paddy Mooney. Jonny has also fulfilled commentary roles and been in the amazing Rites of Passage documentary by the great Bobby Razak. He now still trains and coaches in Belfast in Northern Ireland at Gracie Barra Belfast where he is a brown belt under head coach Graham Keys. Jonny can also be found in IFS MMA sharing some of his vast MMA knowledge with the next generation of fighters that he has paved the way for. We may be biased but this has been a great interview and one of the Irish MMA history shows we have teased for so long.
