In this deeply meaningful and soul-stirring episode, I am joined by the extraordinary Dr. Edward Tick, psychotherapist, healer, author, and international pilgrimage guide whose life's work bridges psychology, spirituality, and sacred travel.Dr. Tick has spent decades helping individuals heal emotional and spiritual wounds through therapeutic work, sacred journeys, and immersion in ancient landscapes rich with meaning. His unique approach combines psychotherapy with myth, ritual, and the healing power of place.A pivotal moment in his own journey began in 1984, when he travelled to Greece on his honeymoon. That journey sparked a lifelong connection to the sacred energy of Greece, particularly its ancient temples, mythological sites, and healing traditions. From that moment, Greece became not just a destination, but a spiritual home and foundation for his work.Over the years, Dr. Tick has led transformative healing pilgrimages to Greece and Vietnam, guiding participants through experiences designed to foster deep personal insight, emotional healing, and reconnection with purpose. These journeys are not traditional tours; they are immersive pathways into myth, memory, and meaning. He is the author of several influential books exploring the intersection of psychology, spirituality, and sacred travel, including Passage to Poros and works that examine the profound healing power of immersing oneself in sacred places and ancient wisdom traditions. In this conversation, we explore:How travel can become a path to healing and transformationThe therapeutic power of sacred landscapesWhy Greece continues to be a global centre for spiritual renewalThe role of pilgrimage in modern lifeHealing journeys for veterans and individuals seeking deeper purposeHow myth, ritual, and storytelling help us understand our own life journeysDr. Tick's insights are thoughtful, profound, and deeply inspiring. This episode invites us to reconsider travel not simply as movement across the world, but as a journey into ourselves. If you have ever felt called to visit places with ancient soul and meaning, or if you believe that travel can heal, transform, and awaken, this conversation will resonate deeply.About Dr. Edward TickPsychotherapist, healer, international pilgrimage guide, and author, Dr. Edward Tick has devoted his life to helping people find healing through sacred travel, storytelling, and spiritual exploration. His work continues to guide individuals from around the world on journeys of renewal in Greece, Vietnam, and beyond.Listen, reflect, and journey with usBecause sometimes the most memorable journeys are not only across the world —but into the soul.

Jay introduces his framework of five core desires—wholeness, personal growth, intimacy, pleasure, and meaning—and emphasizes the importance of navigating critical periods in life with intention and support from community and elders. From Outsiders to One: The Ministry of Reconciliation (Ephesians 2) In this message at Journey during a series through Ephesians, JonnyMac invites the church to reflect on times they've felt like an outsider and connects that experience to an “us vs. them” culture. Teaching from Ephesians 2:11–18, he explains the historical divide between Jews and Gentiles, how a “Jesus plus” system of traditions created barriers, and how Christ's death broke down the wall of hostility and brought peace, uniting two groups into one and reconciling people to God. He illustrates the challenge of reconciliation with the story of the Prodigal Son, focusing on the older brother's anger and how people can love the idea of God's grace while resisting the “guest list.” The message emphasizes that reconciliation is not only between individuals and God but also a calling for believers, with the church meant to lead in reconciliation in a divided world. Practical next steps begin with prayer, referencing Isaiah 56:7 and Jesus' words about God's house being a house of prayer for all nations, and Matthew 5:44 about praying for enemies. The speaker shares examples of reconciliation seen in a diverse Louisville coffee shop community and a personal story of repairing a broken relationship with a former coworker through ownership, prayer, grace, and restored friendship. The talk concludes with an invitation to use the church's prayer wall to pray for reconciliation and to remember in communion that believers were once outsiders but have been brought near through Christ. 00:00 Welcome to Journey + Springtime Small Talk 00:17 Icebreaker: When Was the Last Time You Felt Like an Outsider? 02:55 Why Outsider Stories Matter: Living in an ‘Us vs. Them' Culture 03:55 Ephesians 2 Setup: Paul, Ephesus, and Reading the Passage 07:22 Gentiles, Israel, and How the Wall of Hostility Got Built 10:07 The ‘Jesus Plus' Problem: Traditions That Keep People Out 12:07 Jesus Breaks Down the Wall: Peace and One New People 14:04 Prodigal Son & the Older Brother: Loving the Party, Hating the Guest List 19:17 Our Calling: The Church as a Ministry of Reconciliation 24:08 How to Begin: Prayer, a House of Prayer for All Nations 27:52 A Personal Reconciliation Story (and a Call to the Prayer Wall) 31:53 Communion & Closing Prayer: Remember You Were Brought Near

Ah, the mysterious Drake Passage, where disappearances seem to be whispered by the winds and waves. Some speculate that the unpredictable and tumultuous nature of the passage, connecting the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, has claimed its fair share of vessels throughout history. Stories abound about ships vanishing without a trace, leaving behind only echoes of their ill-fated journeys. The region's fierce weather and strong currents create an air of uncertainty, adding a layer of intrigue to the disappearances. Whether it's the passage's ominous reputation or the sheer force of nature at play, the Drake Passage keeps its secrets hidden beneath the restless waves.

On this edition of Free City Radio we hear from author and educator Max Haiven speaking on the book : Revenge Capitalism The Ghosts of Empire, the Demons of Capital, and the Settling of Unpayable Debts. The book is described this way: "Capitalism is in a profound state of crisis. Beyond the mere dispassionate cruelty of ‘ordinary' structural violence, it appears today as a global system bent on reckless economic revenge; its expression found in mass incarceration, climate chaos, unpayable debt, pharmaceutical violence and the relentless degradation of common life. In Revenge Capitalism, Max Haiven argues that this economic vengeance helps us explain the culture and politics of revenge we see in society more broadly. Moving from the history of colonialism and its continuing effects today, he examines the opioid crisis in the US, the growth of ‘surplus populations' worldwide and unpacks the central paradigm of unpayable debts – both as reparations owed, and as a methodology of oppression." https://www.plutobooks.com/product/revenge-capitalism This interview program is supported in 2025 by the Social Justice Centre at Concordia University. What if intuition isn't something you think — but something you feel? In this episode, Doug Bytes sits down with embodiment teacher and author Philip Shepherd, author of Radical Wholeness, Deep Witness, and co-author of Deep Fitness, to explore how modern culture disconnects men from their bodies — and how reclaiming embodied awareness restores intuition, clarity, and grounded strength. Philip shares the story of his teenage bicycle journey across Europe, the Middle East, India, and Japan — a self-initiated rite of passage that shaped his understanding of culture, identity, and embodied intelligence. We explore: ·         Why intuition lives in the body, not the thinking mind ·         The intelligence of the pelvic floor and "pelvic bowl" ·         How cultural conditioning pulls us out of our center ·         A simple pelvic floor breathing practice ·         The concept of embodied presence ·         Energy integration and healing "stuck" emotion ·         The science of myokines and muscle as metabolic medicine ·         Why strength training (not cardio) may be foundational for longevity ·         Training to momentary muscular failure and deep fitness principles ·         Breath, panic, and remaining calm under pressure This conversation bridges somatics, men's personal development, neuroscience, evolutionary biology, and strength science — offering practical tools for men who want to develop intuition, resilience, and grounded leadership. If you're interested in embodiment, radical wholeness, conscious masculinity, breathwork, metabolic health, or strength training for longevity — this episode delivers both philosophy and practical insight.

Most people think life is supposed to feel smooth once you “figure it out.”Stable income. Good relationship. Momentum. But life doesn't work that way.In this episode of The Bedros Keuilian Show, I break down what really happens when you hit a losing season; when the money slows down, the relationship falls apart, the car gets wrecked, the depression creeps in… and you feel stuck on the hamster wheel. Here's the hard truth:It may not be your fault. But it is your responsibility. There are winning seasons. There are losing seasons.Neither lasts forever. What does last is the resilience you build when you decide to stop playing the victim and start becoming the problem-solver.Life is the gym.Adversity is the resistance. And if you don't lift it, it crushes you. This episode is a reminder that nobody is coming to save you. Not the economy. Not your circumstances. Not luck. Not even God.You save yourself. One decision. One action. One problem solved at a time.Because success isn't about avoiding pain. It's about becoming strong enough to carry it and keep moving anyway.DOMINATION DOWNLOADSTRAIGHT FROM THE DESK OF BEDROS KEUILIANYour weekly no B.S. newsletter to help you dominate in business and in lifehttps://bedroskeuilian.com/MAN UP SCALE BUNDLE: $29 (100% Goes to Charity)Get your Digital Man Up book + Audiobook + 2 Exclusive MASTERCLASSES & Support Shriners Children's Hospital. https://www.manuptribe.com/limited-offerREGISTER FOR THE LEGACY TRIBEGet the Life, Money, Meaning & Impact You Deservehttps://bedroskeuilian.com/legacytribeJOIN MY FREE 6-WEEK CHALLENGE:Transform into a Purpose-Driven Manhttps://bedroskeuilian.com/challengeTHE SQUIRE PROGRAM: A rite of Passage for Your Son as He Becomes a ManA Father and Son Experience That Will Be Remembered FOREVERhttps://squireprogram.com/registerTruLean Supplements | https://www.trulean.com/pages/bedrosGet 50% Off Trulean Subscribe & Save BundleUse Code: BEDROS Few Will Hunt Apparel | https://fewwillhunt.com/Get 20% Off Your Entire OrderUse Code: BEDROSOPEN A FIT BODY LOCATIONA High-Profit, Scalable Gym Franchise Opportunity Driven By Impacthttps://sales.fbbcfranchise.com/get-started?utm_source=bedrosPODCAST EPISODES:https://bedroskeuilian.com/podcast/STAY CONNECTED:Website | https://bedroskeuilian.com/Instagram | https://www.instagram.com/bedroskeuilian/LinkedIn | https://www.linkedin.com/in/bedroskeuilianTwitter | https://twitter.com/bedroskeuilian

Send a textf you're planning a Walt Disney World vacation in 2026 and feeling overwhelmed by Lightning Lane pre-booking, this episode is for you.Lightning Lane is not random. Sell-outs are not random. Mini drops are not random. And standby wait times are definitely not random. In this episode, I break down Disney World Lightning Lane strategy using real data — including pre-booking rules, Multi Pass vs. Single Pass differences, and what actually sells out first in each park. We go park by park — EPCOT, Animal Kingdom, Magic Kingdom, and Hollywood Studios — and separate the highest demand rides by category so you know exactly what to prioritize when your booking window opens. We cover:• Lightning Lane pre-booking windows (7-day vs 3-day access) • On-site vs off-site booking advantages • The difference between Multi Pass and Single Pass attractions • The highest demand rides at each Disney World park • How Lightning Lane tiers impact your choices • What “mini drops” are and when additional inventory tends to reappear • The lowest average standby wait times by hour • Why the final hour of park operation is often the smartest time to rideIf you've ever wondered: What sells out first at Magic Kingdom? What's the best Lightning Lane strategy for Hollywood Studios? Is Test Track still the hardest Lightning Lane to get at EPCOT? When is the best time to ride Flight of Passage without Lightning Lane? Does rope drop still matter in 2026? Is staying on property really worth it for booking access? We answer all of it.Instead of panic booking at 6:59 AM, this episode teaches you how to pre-plan strategically. Instead of refreshing the app all day, you'll understand when mini drops typically happen and how Disney adjusts availability throughout the day. And instead of assuming rope drop is always best, you'll learn how standby wait times actually behave hour by hour across all four parks.Every Disney park behaves differently. EPCOT rewards evening strategy. Animal Kingdom rewards early mornings and park close. Magic Kingdom rewards staying late. Hollywood Studios demands intentional planning. When you understand those patterns, Lightning Lane becomes a tool instead of a stressor. If you want a Disney World Lightning Lane pre-booking strategy for 2026 that is calm, clear, practical, and data-backed — this episode is your starting point. This episode is designed to give you clarity before your booking window opens, so you can make confident decisions and enjoy your Disney vacation without second-guessing every tap in the app.For more tips on minimizing parental stress at the Disney parks, follow @wellhellomagic.Support the showHey Welcome to Well Hello Magic! Terryl Givens reflects on Genesis 15 and its profound connection to the everlasting covenant fulfilled in Jesus Christ. Through a striking and singular sacrificial ritual, Abraham witnesses a symbol of divine passage—a pattern later realized when Christ consecrated “a new and living way” through the veil of His own flesh. Givens traces how this imagery helps illuminate the Restoration's temple theology, where disciples move step by step through covenantal life toward adoption, sanctification, and the presence of God. A thoughtful, beautifully drawn meditation that complements your Come, Follow Me study of the Old Testament.

In this episode of the BraveCo Podcast, I sit down with my close friend Todd Pierce to talk about what fathers can give sons that culture never will: intentional initiation, identity, and a moment that marks the shift from boyhood to manhood.Todd shares his story of learning fatherhood without a roadmap, how control can masquerade as leadership, and why becoming a man is synonymous with becoming like Christ. We get into the real work of fathering: earning influence, prioritizing connection over compliance, and having the humility to repair what you did not do well early on. If you have ever wondered, “Am I doing this right?” you are not alone. We also unpack the living parable Todd is bringing to our Ride of Passage, breaking a wild horse in real time as a picture of self leadership, calm in chaos, and love that wins without manipulation. On a eu 1948, on a eu 1967.
