Brian Carr joined The Clean Air Campaign as communications director in April 2008. Prior to becoming communications director, Brian worked for Primerica Financial Services (part of the Citigroup network of companies), where he created successful internal and consumer campaigns. Earlier in his career, Brian managed print and broadcast advertising during the launch of Cingular Wireless for BBDO Atlanta, an advertising agency. He also founded and ran his own firm for a time, providing grassroots marketing, design and interactive media services for e-commerce and retail clients. Brian graduated from the University of Georgia in 1996 with a degree in journalism.

Kevin Green joined The Clean Air Campaign as executive director in June 2007. Prior to that Kevin was the vice president of environmental affairs with the Metro Atlanta Chamber of Commerce, where he worked to advance regional policy initiatives for water resources, air quality and land use. During his seven-year tenure with the Chamber, Kevin managed the Clean Water Initiative and the public-private Quality Growth Task Force that resulted in the creation of the Livable Communities Coalition, Inc. His role at the Chamber led to his involvement with The Clean Air Campaign, where he has served on the board of directors for four years. In addition to his service on the board of The Clean Air Campaign, Kevin is the immediate past chair of the board of directors for the Institute for Georgia Environmental Leadership and serves on the board of trustees of the Livable Communities Coalition. He is a graduate of the Regional Leadership Institute and Leadership Atlanta. Kevin graduated from James Madison University and holds a law degree from Emory University. Before joining the Chamber, he practiced law in Atlanta for 10 years, most recently as a partner with Andre, Blaustein & Green, LLP.
