Bella is BACK for a fun chat with Sadie answering YOUR questions about helping friends in toxic relationships, how to love well but not micro-manage, when honesty is best and most loving, and why not expecting all your happiness to be provided by others is so important. Plus, Bella talks about being married at a young age, how she knew Jacob was the one for her right away, and when she turned her life around and began her relationship with the Lord. And do you feel like your testimony is a bit "boring?" Sadie and Bella encourage us that there really is no such thing! https://www.homechef.com/whoa — Get 75% off your first box! https://athleticgreens.com/whoa — Get a FREE 1-year supply of Vitamin D & 5 FREE travel packs with your first purchase! - Learn more about your ad choices. Scripture: Galatians 6:1–6:5Sermon Series: Loving WellThe Bible famously says that “love is patient and love is kind.” But perhaps it should have added: love is hard. From parents who are deeply flawed to little ones who demand so much, loving others is no easy task. At times it feels impossible. In this series we'll examine four categories of relationships and discuss how the perfect love offered to us in Jesus Christ frees us to do the hard work of offering a generous and intentional love to others. At St. Mark Houston we believe that life is a gift from God and that through faith in Jesus Christ we can truly have a fulfilling life. Friendship is so unique, but in today's episode we talk about how we try to love each other well.- Ask more questions than give answers.- Preface every meltdown with "Do you want a pep talk or are you asking me a question?" - Don't slap a scripture on the pain. Bring them to Jesus.- It takes some sacrifice. - Have fun!
Do you like to play Words with Friends? Well, Rebecca's daughter is heavily involved in it at the moment and has found that there are a lot of "words" that are worth of a lot of points, but frankly, we have no idea what they mean! So if you're looking to score some major points, memorize these to be a winner every game!
What is there left to say about 90s/00s sitcom staple Friends? Well we found something: an in-depth analysis of its many and varied guest stars. Chris and Lizzy go deep into why exactly Chris has been studying photos of Tom Selleck from the 70s, why Robin Williams and Billy Crystal were wasted in that show and also Emily (Helen Baxendale) being...Emily. There is a fair bit of singing this week - we know you love it. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.
Who the heck are these chicks and why are they talking about FRIENDS? Well, these chicks are Elizabeth Brunetti (lifelong foodie) and Heather Deyrieux (lifelong fashionista) and together, they are lifelong BFFs who happen to share a love of all things FRIENDS. In our new podcast, we’ll be discussing the food, fashion, and fun of our favorite show. Here in our welcome show, we talk about what we’ll talk about. From the food (How do you avoid the meat sweats? Is it physically possible to get a turkey stuck on your head?), to the fashion (the Rachel haircut, Chandler’s sweater vests, 90s fashion in stores today), to all of our favorite moments from the show. Each week, we’ll also craft a signature cocktail (or other adult beverage) to go along with that week’s episode. What are we drinking to welcome you all to the podcast? You’ll have to listen and find out!

Anybody remember Garfield and Friends? Well we do and yes, we're stacking it! He's been in several movies and comic strips, starred in a ton of animated shorts and movies, but on this newest of How it Stacks episodes we're stacking his earlier work. This show was full of hype back in it’s time. JD, The Professor, and Bulldog have an epic time reviewing this one. JD hosts this episode’s Trivia game (not to be confused with the on going Trivia Wars) and he doesn't make it easy for the guys, as he chooses a super tough game for them. Willis brings knowledge and crazy facts about our favorite and lovable (actually he's kind of jerk) orange cat. With what you have come to expect from the trio: the jokes are bountiful on this cat packed episode!
