I’ve been watching it weekly; but I have to admit, I don’t think I’m cut out to be a zombie apocalypse survivor and I’ll tell you why. However, she’s also a motivational speaker who specializes in leadership training and on helping people overcome fear. She talks about the fears we have and what we can do to overcome them. It’s time to make your dreams come true and you don’t have time to let fear stop you. Finally, it is hard to feel fabulous if you don’t feel your best. Yet, health is more than physical. Taking care of your emotional and mental health is just as important. I share my story of suicide and depression to drive home the point that you are never too old, and it is never too late to seek emotional or mental health.
