On The Patrick Madrid Show, a powerful and emotional call came in from Mirella: a kindergarten teacher who was fired for standing firm in her beliefs and refusing to use preferred pronouns. Despite losing her job, she didn’t lose her faith. And guess what helped her through it? Relevant Radio. Mirella, full of gratitude (and holding back tears), shared how Papa Patrick; yes, that’s what her little one calls him, and the entire Relevant Radio team became her lifeline during this tough season. From daily Rosaries to morning truth on the show, she found strength in the faith-filled content. She even admitted that she refused to miss a single word of Patrick’s show: switching from radio to the Relevant Radio app just to stay connected! Patrick sent her a virtual hug and reminded her (and all of us!) that standing for truth is never easy, but God is always faithful. Moral of the story? Faith over fear. And when life gets tough, turn up Relevant Radio.

Patrick Madrid tackled a fascinating question on his show: Can we feel regret in heaven? Regret in Heaven? Not Happening. Patrick made it crystal clear: heaven is an eternal state of perfect bliss. No regrets, no "what-ifs," no "I should have prayed more Rosaries." You're maxed out in joy, peace, and love, depending on your “capacity” to receive God's glory. He used a great analogy: Imagine your capacity for heavenly joy is like a container: Some have an Olympic swimming pool worth of grace. Others might have a Dixie cup (ouch, but still blissed out!). The Blessed Virgin Mary? Her capacity is like the Pacific Ocean. No one will feel bad for having “less,” because they'll be maxed out with what they can hold. It's like everyone's favorite drink, perfectly full: no room for envy or FOMO. Purgatory: Where Regret Gets Burned Off Now, regret? That's for purgatory. Patrick referenced 1 Corinthians 3:15, explaining that in purgatory, we'll confront the moments we chose “wood, hay, and straw” over “gold, silver, and precious stones.” (Translation: the times we didn't fully cooperate with God's grace.) In purgatory, we'll think: “Man, I could've done more!” But it's all part of God's mercy: purifying us for heaven. Emotions in Heaven? Absolutely. Patrick also clarified that while we won't feel regret or negative emotions in heaven, we will feel joy, love, and awe at levels we can't even imagine. The emotional reunions with loved ones? Epic. And all those pesky, earthly “low emotions” like anger, jealousy, or boredom? Gone forever. The Leap to Heaven: Bigger Than Birth Patrick shared this: Just as an unborn baby can't imagine the world outside the womb (oceans, love, burgers), we can't fathom the leap from this life to eternal life. It's that much bigger and more incredible. St. Paul nailed it: "No eye has seen, no ear has heard, what God has prepared for those who love him." (1 Corinthians 2:9)

Patrick takes a deep dive into the chaotic scenes surrounding the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump, examining controversial theories, law enforcement responses, and the resulting political tensions. He hears from a retired military officer with a strong belief that the event was staged, discusses new reports questioning the adequacy of the Secret Service, and explores the intersection of rhetoric and violence. As he navigates these complex topics, Patrick emphasizes the importance of compassion, open-mindedness, and civil discourse amidst growing national stress. We also hear more about Mary within the Homily. When did Mary receive her crown? We hear in the Mysteries of the Rosaries, that we honor the crowning of Mary. When did she receive it? Was it after her assumption? Scripture and the Homily tells us it was much earlier than that! On this day that we celebrate motherhood, hear what Jesus thinks of motherhood! Fr. Elias Mary Mills, F.I. served as Rector of the Shrine Church at the Shrine of Our Lady of Guadalupe in Lacrosse, Wisconsin from 2016 to 2021. He was ordained in May of 2000. In Today's Show - All About Our Lady! (Part Four) What is your favorite title for Mary and why? Can you please explain why we Catholics place an emphasis on Mary and Her Immaculate Conception? Protestants feel this takes away from Jesus, and while I obviously disagree with that assessment, I have a hard time offering a compelling rebuttal. Why is Mary's mantle used as such a prominent symbol? I see frequent references to it but never really understood the significance. A friend recently told me that the Eastern Orthodox church celebrates the protection of Mary's mantle with a feast day in its liturgical calendar. I thought the common perception was that Catholics are the ones who “worship” Mary? Why should we consecrate ourselves to Mary rather than to Jesus or the Holy Spirit? Was Russia ever fully/properly consecrated as requested by Our Lady at Fatima? What are the concrete fruits of total consecration to Our Lady? I'm looking for clarification on how many complete Rosaries need to be prayed to make a First Saturday devotion. I've heard different things about five mysteries. Mary was conceived without sin and the Archangel Gabriel greeted her as "full of grace." What was her upbringing like? Canon Benjamin Norman, ICKSP currently serves as Chaplain of the ICKSP Oakland Apostolate at St. Margaret Mary Catholic Church in Oakland, California. He was ordained in 2018. In Today's Show: In John Chapter 6, Our Lord tells everyone “unless you eat my body and drink my blood, you will have no life in me.” Many of these people were offended and left. I find it peculiar that this verse appears in John 6:66 and I wanted to know if you think there could be any relation between this verse and what is referred to as the “Mark of the Beast.” Can an item be touched to multiple relics of different Saints? If I hand out Rosaries that I've made, am I able to include a blessed and exorcised St. Benedict medal? At the beginning of Latin Mass, the priest is praying Psalm 42 and slowly and cautiously approaches the altar asking God to send forth His light and truth. At the end of the Mass, God seems to answer and does send his light. It's like the request has been granted. Is this intentional or simply coincidental symbolism? Is it accurate that the upcoming solar eclipse could be some sort of sign from God? I know this rumor is going around currently. If a priest does not drink from the chalice during the mass, is the mass and reception of the Eucharist still valid? As someone going through RCIA - baptized in a Protestant church - can I wear a Brown Scapular or other Scapular? Regarding the phrase "rose again" as used in the Nicene Creed: what exactly does that refer to? Did He actually rise multiple times? Have you ever cried during the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass? Was Jesus capable of saying no when told that He was going to suffer His Passion? Is missing the Easter Communion duty always a mortal sin? I have bad scrupulosity and am trying to find a spiritual director, but I am afraid I may not be able to receive before the Easter season ends. Also, is it okay to invite them for lunch or dinner? What is the proper way to discard broken Rosaries? Why might a person receive ONLY the Precious Blood during Mass?
