Joining me on this episode is the multi-talented Neal Hallford! I know him as a filmmaker, fellow sponsor of the International Mobile Film Festival (which takes place in San Diego, CA on April 29 and 30, 2023), comic convention panel moderator, and Co-Executive Producers (with his wife, Jana) at Swords & Circuitry where they produce the audio drama, Uncharted Regions as well as indie movies such as The Case of Evil. He also is well known for being a lead designer and lead writer for various video games. One such game is Betrayal at Krondor. This year, Betrayal at Krondor will be celebrating its 30th anniversary and Neal has created a Betrayal at Krondor – Fan Film Challenge to coincide with it. San Diego Comic-Con 2018 is upon us! David and Whitney chat it up with returning guests Neal & Jana Hallford as they are preparing to debut the second episode of their audio drama UNCHARTED REGIONS starring GIGI EDGLEY at Comic Con! Neal is also moderating a panel for podcasters at Comic Con called Heroes at the Mic and has graciously invited David to be on the panel! Hear the BTS stories of bringing UNCHARTED REGIONS to life after many years of starts and stops and ventures down the side alleyways of life.

The Two Gay Geeks have an all Comic-Con International Episode for you this week. Why would anyone want to sponsor a film festival where only films shot with smartphones qualify? The International Mobile Film Festival is San Diego’s smartphone film festival and has brought many mobile filmmakers from abroad to our beautiful city.Neal and Jana Hallford are experienced in audio production, filmmaking and art. Neal also works in the gaming industry. Their passion for supporting the art industry and the community in San Diego has earned them a lot of respect within the community in San Diego.
