We're getting calm this week! Today we're discussing meditation.... but not the kind you're thinking. For most people, when you hear the word meditation, you think sitting in an ashram in India, Eat, Pray, Love style. While this is the original form of meditation, the practice has evolved over thousands of years. If sitting still for an hour doesn't sound appealing to you, there are many other forms of meditation that you can practice. We are discussing our favorite ways to calm our minds and turn off the noise of the world.
