In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. By the Word he spoke everything we see and know into existence. Every creature, every animal, every bug, every person, every atom… he spoke it all into existence and ordered all of creation. The blue in the sky, the green in the grass, the wet in the water, even the tilt of the earth, yes, he ordered that also. It is also that tilt, that gives us one of the best things we will experience. One of the most exciting, frightening, challenging, motivating things we will experience is the fact that seasons change. Let's talk about it on A Word with Anthony Walker.
We all are aware of words that have multiple meanings. The word bad has multiple meanings that are so contrasting, a person would have to peer deeper into the conversation to know what the other was talking about. Those shoes are bad, could mean that those shoes are fowl, grotesque, and need to be removed immediately. But those shoes are bad could also mean that they are stylish, nice, and must be visually appreciated repeatedly. However, there are words that have multiple meanings so close that only nuance and context could separate them. Lets talk about one such word on A Word with Anthony Walker.
God so designed the body to be able to simply and efficiently get oxygen into the body. Past your nostrils down your bronchial tubes into your lungs is the spot where the transaction occurs. On a molecular level, oxygen molecules seep into small air sacs and is quickly taken into the blood stream. And that's just getting the air in. So, yes, I'm aware it's been a couple of weeks since you've hard from me. You've been waiting to exhale…. I had to. Let's talk about it on A Word with Anthony Walker.
We marvel at the technological advancements in the automobile. The first cars had a hand cranked engine that drove a little faster than human running pace. They were incredibly inefficient and cost prohibitive. However through advancements in engineering, materials, and even electricity, cars are now made to run off of electricity. Although these achievements are great in their development, one cell in your body is more efficient, productive, and incredibly more complicated than any other machine we've ever made. Electric cars are cool, but can you imagine getting a source of energy from air? Take a deep breath and stay tuned for A Word with Anthony Walker.
After a crime is committed, one of the first steps in solving the case is being able to identify the perpetrator. The problem is, with our senses, and the sensationalism of the crime, identifying the perpetrator is one of the hardest things to do. Often they go unfound because the witnesses claim, the perp is taller or shorter than they are, their physical features don't match the description, or sometimes even the number of perpetrators is off. Sometimes the witness exaggerates the account because of strict interrogation. If it is that difficult to identify a criminal, could you could you under interrogation identify yourself? Do you know your identity? Let's talk about it, on a Word with Anthony Walker.
I recently had to speak before a group concerning a theme for the upcoming school year. What I loved about the theme is that everyone has a perspective on it. The theme encapsulates the journey that one takes to obtain that which they truly desire. It displays the baby that desires its parent. It encompasses the heart of the worshipper toward God. What does a winner, a baby, and a true worshipper have in common? Let's talk about it on A Word with Anthony Walker.
David was encamped in a small border city called Ziklag. While David and the military were away, The Amalekites invaded Ziklag and captured the women and children. I've got a word to help you learn to change the direction of your situation on a Word with Anthony Walker.

Grammatically, there are times that you need to join two thoughts, two paragraphs, or two phrases. At the junction of these two thoughts, you insert a conjunction to help smooth the transition. In life we also need those conjunctions, those transitionary words or seasons that allow us to transition into the next phase more smoothly. Not only do these conjunctions join, but they can also signal a change or a contrast. I've got a word that will help you to face the next juncture in life on A Word with Anthony Walker.
Of all the branding and advertising I can remember as a child, two of them, at least their slogans, stand out in my mind. Timex and Energizer. Timex claimed their watch could take a licking and keep on ticking. Energizer claimed their batteries would keep going and going and going. There is some wisdom that can be gained from both. Do you have what it takes to keep going and going? Are you able to take a licking and keep on ticking? Let's find out on A Word with Anthony Walker.
I've often found neat little things along the road. Occasionally I've found money, crystals, and I have a keen eye for four leaf clovers. But in all of my days, as keenly as I look, I've never, ever found Time. I've never found five minutes, ten minutes or even an hour. We can't save time, spend time, make time, or find time. We can only manage time. Share a few moments with me on a Word with Anthony Walker.
You may not have known what you would become when you got older. For many, they thought they would become a lawyer, doctor, teacher, or professional athlete. The truth is, in one way or another we will all become a disciple. And in one way or another, we will disciple others. The critical issue is to what to whom are we discipled? Listen in as I share a word on Discipleship, on a Word with Anthony Walker
Although it is with us every moment of every day, we utilize it almost constantly…we do not see the nose on our face…well except in a mirror. We are literally blind to our own nose. If we are blind of that, surely there are other areas in life that we can not see. Listen in as we examine a degree of blindness that we may have and also discuss the recent tragedy of the mass shooting in Buffalo New York on a Word with Anthony Walker.

While pressure exists in those stop clock, deadline situations, there are also the pressures of life experienced on the day to day. The pressures of parenthood. The pressures of executing the plan. The pressures of overcoming past obstacles. But what if you haven't dealt with those obstacles and issues? What if you don't want to deal with them? It is the sensation that takes over with seconds left in the game. The moment in which time dilates, and pupils widen. When focus and attention to detail are on high order. The moment when execution must exceed expectation. Reputations are on the line. Legacy is on the line. Destiny is on the line. It is the atmosphere in which make it or break it moments are born. The Pyramids of Giza are an amazing wonder of our world. One could sit for hours just pondering how they were constructed. Whatever the method, just by observation we know that it took a lot of people, a long time, with a load of resources. The Great Pyramid alone boasts some 2.3 million blocks of stone. It's height, it's width and almost every other stat may never change. However one stat that still grows is the time that it still stands. It has endured and continues to endure the test time. Let's talk about that on a Word with Anthony Walker.
We live in a world that is consumed with consuming. We take in so much information that we haven't digested it yet, perhaps haven't even chewed properly. Yet we still consume. But who out there is producing? Well, the roots have done their part. The stem and leaves have done their part. Even the flowers in their radiance have done their part. The previews are over. Now we're ready for our final word in this series, on A Word with Anthony Walker.
Most people love flowers, although few grow them. I spent years trying to grow flowers. In my early efforts I often failed. Flowers are an example of dedication, discipline, and then display. Growing flowers share the same requisites. However, I have also found that growing anything of substance or value requires the same. If you are interested in continuing in your growth and taking it to the next level, listen in as we discuss in a Word with Anthony Walker.
As I garden and grow flowers and vegetables, I'm often gaining lessons from my observations. While watching the development of the plant, I see the root system as the foundation of the plant for it's life. Like plants, our foundation is that which keeps us humbled. It is from our foundation that we receive our grounding and fortification. It helps to strengthen us as we grow and develop strong frame and backbone to support us throughout our lives. I've got a word for the next phase of growth on A Word with Anthony Walker.

Everything has a purpose. Even when we do not understand, it's presence means there is a purpose.
A lot of the media that is produced and consumed is without substance. Much of the food that is sold is nothing more than sodium and sugar. To those listening now, our literal, physical, emotional, and our psychological gas tanks are almost if not completely empty. It isn't really about the debate of the cup being half full or half empty. The cup is just empty. To those who may feel empty, I've got a word of replenishment on this episode of A Word with Anthony Walker.

But everyday hearts are broken, fights are won and lost, wars are fought, and souls stand in need of…Love. Hear my definition of Love on this episode of A Word with Anthony Walker.
