Wanted to be true with all of you and myself particularly on this subject tonight. Tonight I went back into the porn rabbit hole and went for a fap. Not only for the reason that I let my ego get the best of me or let my dopamine addictions and impulsions control my mind, but I also went back with the intention of analysing every little of my mouvement consciously and with precaution. Meaning: Paying attention to what was interesting me the most. And also asking myself why and actually trying my best to answer those questions with the best of my current ability of being true and authentic to myself. I gladly appreciated the experience and had this recurring thought in mind: there are some people that are going to be stuck in this downward spiral of instant gratification not only regarding sexuality in general but also in every aspect of their lives. I saw the fake in the eyes of the women… then I saw hypnotised man looking everywhere they could… and then I saw me. This little boy who got introduced to this culture when he was younger and accepted it as part of reality and part of the norm of society. I'm glad I can share this experience openly to the people with whom I have grown and put faith in. Some of you I trust fully and childishly and for the real friends and hearts that know me well… I will always challenge my trust in you because that's where we build courage and confidence. Here's what I got from our conversation: Intentions masquées repoussées, certitude interne ignorer pour rester le plus longtemps dans l'illusion en croyant que c'est pour aider les autres. Me faire souffrir pour trouver les solutions que personne a trouver. Ne pas faire plus d'argent pour crée de la friction dans ma famille. Mettre mon focus sur l'accumulation de connaissances a revisiter au lieu de l'intégration constante de mes apprentissages dans mes résultats concrets. Sous estimer mon ingéniosité en croyant mes convictions illusoires de la réalité en accumulant de l'information mais ne pas vraiment la comprendre en l'intégrant. Se qui ensuite me fait sur estimer mes convictions mais me sous-estime moi paradoxalement dans le processus. Je renforce mes convictions de l'intérieur se qui est complètement psychopatique, à la place d'accumuler de l'information externe pour renforcer mes convictions par rapport à l'extérieur.

The truth is that we are all those things at the same time. The truth is that we think we know, yet we don't. We think we know, that's our biggest limitation. The hardest thing is to stop listening to that internal narrative that most of the time, is simply trying to protect yourself from the unknown. We are currently experiencing a mass psychosis. We're starting to have difficulties understanding what is real and what is not. Here's the ultimate question: are you more light or more darkness. Work on that % and optimize yourself as much as possible. The end.
