All You Do Is Talk is a collection of interviews with people I think are a lot more qualified than me to have a platform. It’s a real chance for me to stfu and listen to some of my favorite people be interesting and funny.
Iana is a Certified Bikram Hot Yoga instructor, known as The Yoga Bae. As a dedicated student of the yoga practice, she invites folks in the ATL area to come learn with her. I am honestly so, so geeked to share this conversation. We chop it up about Iana's incredible journey to becoming a yoga instructor, yoga beyond the mat, and how she strives to stay authentic no matter what. TAP INNNN ✨
