Allyn Medeiros has been in the mortgage industry for over 20 years! He has produced over $250 Million in loan closing and has helped over 1,000 families in their pursuit of home wealth development. He stopped by to talk to us about his journey as an entrepreneur, and gave us some inside knowledge of the mortgage industry, including how lenders calculate risk, and who they prefer to loan to. 

Legacy Patino was in town and stopped by to talk to us about his journey as an entrepreneur. Legacy is the co-founder of Real Solar, the industry leader in solar energy. Real Solar has taken off because of their desire to solve problems, and create a better experience for clients in relatively new industry. Their success has led them to a partnership with Brad Lea, who has only helped 10x the success. Real Solar is only one of Legacy's many projects. From making music and music videos, to planning on cleaning up the oceans, Legacy is a true entrepreneur on a mission.

Cesar Delagadillo is the co-founder of Real Solar, the industry leader in solar energy, and currently has 400 reps nationwide. Cesar joins us to talk about his introduction into entrepreneurship, and his journey into the solar industry. Cesar has grown Real Solar to 400 reps and now has his sights on 10,000. With Brad Lea as a partner, and a team of hungry, and passionate reps, it's not a matter of if, but when.

We're back with another episode of Believe in The Entrepreneur! Deric Blanton stopped by to talk us about his journey through entrepreneurship, from working different W-2 jobs, including working as a correctional officer, to becoming an insurance broker. Deric always knew he wanted freedom, and even though he didn't know what it would look like, his open mindedness and work ethic eventually led him to it.

There's no question that credit is an important tool. A good credit score can show that the borrower is a trustworthy, and responsible person. Today's guest, Anselmo Moreno, is in the business of not only helping people fix their credit, but also educating them on how to better manage their credit, change their habits, and make better financial decisions. Anselmo started his journey early on, working for a local credit counseling company while he was still in High School. Now he is the owner of Innovative Credit Solutions in Bakersfield, and the founder of The Youth Financial Literacy Organization, a local non-profit group that teaches High School Seniors consumer finance skills. He is also the host of the Extra Credit Show, a weekly credit repair podcast on iTunes and Google Play.

Local restaurant owner, Alex Ocampo, takes time from his many businesses to tell us his story, on this episode of Believe in The Entrepreneur. Alex is an example of a creative turned entrepreneur. His passion since childhood was in food. Eating, creating, and experimenting. Now Alex is the owner of multiple restaurants, a bakery, a juicery, and a  popsicle company. Despite having this passion, Alex was on his way to becoming a teacher, before he finally decided to take the plunge and start his first restaurant, El Camino Real, in 2008. Alex's dedication has paid off, but he takes very little credit, for him none of it would have been possible without the help of hundreds of people he has built relationships with a long the way. 

Today we are joined by loan officer / solar sales manager, Edgar Perez. Edgar is a born entrepreneur. From making $60 a week in 8th grade selling hotdogs, to performing with a band, he always knew he wanted to make his own way. Despite having good paying jobs in his life, Edgar always knew he wanted to work for himself, and eventually left his easy, comfortable, $60,000 salary job that most people would stick with until retirement, to become a loan officer. The gamble has paid off, and now Edgar has his eyes set on becoming a millionaire, and on becoming a coach to help others reach new levels in their lives as well. 

Owner and founder of Neutek Customs, Brian Gonzalez joins us today to talk about his journey as an Entrepreneur. From marketing to real estate, to even joining the police force, Brian has been on a mission to achieve success for the sole purpose of creating a better life for his parents. Growing up having to watch his dad leave to his back breaking job at the fields in the early hours of the morning was all the motivation Brian needed to make it happen. Now as the owner of Neutek Customs, Brian has seen a ton of success. He's looking to open a second location, the company is recommended by both Jeep and Tesla, and more importantly, he has managed to get his dad out of the fields and into an office. 

Today we are joined by Jesse Rojas, who is the CEO of The Redd Group LLC, an organization that offers labor / public relations, and human resources / political consulting. We talked about what it means to lead in business. For Jesse, being a leader doesn't mean being the best at everything, but instead finding ways to create and motivate the best people to build the best organization. Jesse, who also has a passion for cryptocurrency and NFTs, broke down what this relatively new market has to offer, and how he sees the future playing out.

From being arrested for a shooting to becoming a self made millionaire, Ricardo Aguilar took his hustler mentality and turned himself into a true, successful entrepreneur. After making multiple mistakes in his life, Ricardo began to realize that he needed to make a change before he reached the point of no return. In this episode, he tells us his incredible story, and talks to us about how spirituality, marriage, and networking with other like-minded people led to a change in his perception of life and of himself. Now as a leader and equity owner in PHP, Ricardo is on a mission to change lives, and help others become financially free.

Adam McBride has been in the mortgage business for over a decade and specializes in unique programs to help clients get approved without the traditional qualifications. In this episode, Adam tells his story of how he got into the mortgage business, the impact he makes on his clients' lives, and how he uses creative financing to help people achieve their homeownership goals.

Alejandro tells us his story and explains how his father shaped him from a young age to be strong minded, ambitious, and independent. We talk about how the educational system and society can still find ways to derail you, even with a strong support system at home, and how it's up to us to get back on track. After straying off his life path, Alejandro eventually found his way back and has since become a successful entrepreneur, husband, and father. 

Today we are joined by the black sheep entrepreneur, Tony Nguyen. Tony talks to us about his journey as an entrepreneur, and how he found success even without a high school diploma. From achieving success in real estate, to the music industry, and now owning a general contracting business, Tony is  proof that there is no text book way to make it in life. We find success by creating our own paths, with vision and will. 

Jesse Valencia joins us today and we talk about life and business. Jesse grew up in a low income, predominately Hispanic community, and from there worked his way up the corporate ladder in the banking industry. Motivated early on by the idea of success and accumulating wealth, Jesse's perspective on life took a turn after the passing of his mother. Now he sees time as life's real currency, and although he still has a passion for helping business owners realize their financial goals, Jesse understands that living life, and doing what he wants to do, is more important. 

Today's guest is proof of what changing your mindset can do for your reality. Tom Delaney joins us to talk about his turbulent past, and the lessons it taught him. From divorce to drug addiction, Tom has seen it all, but despite the struggles, his sights were always set on success. Since taking control of his life, Tom now sees the endless opportunity in front of him, and has become a successful entrepreneur in the pool industry. He now "gets his high" from winning in life, and helping those around him win as well. 

Bakersfield realtor, Juan Bustamante joins us today to talk about how he's used his extroverted personality to build relationships and succeed as realtor. For Juan, meeting people and getting to know them is something he thoroughly enjoys, getting them to come out of their shell is an accomplishment for him. His willingness and desire to interact with others makes him an approachable person, and is huge reason for his success as an entrepreneur. 

Today we are joined by local realtor, Valerie Luna. Valerie talks to us about her life, and the path that led her to where she is today. Since being kicked out of her parent's home at the age of 17, Valerie has known nothing but hard work, resilience, and persistence. From having to work in the fields in High School, to failed attempts at starting her own small business, Valerie has kept pushing, and learning. Today she is a successful mother / realtor in Bakersfield, and has played a major role in the rise of one of the fastest growing agencies in California, Elite Realtors.

On today's episode we have Chris Ferrill, who happens to be our IT tech! Over the years Chris has worked for various IT companies in town and experienced the upside and downside of each company. After many years he went out on his own and created SWAT MSP with the purpose of providing small businesses the same support a big company would get. Chris joins us to talk about his journey through the IT world, from working at Best Buy, to starting his own business, to creating apps just for fun.

Joel Ruiz has over 32 years of experience in these industries and has an abundance of knowledge to share. The product of a single parent upbringing in East Los Angeles, Joel learned at a very early age the value of having a good work ethic, a work ethic he has used to move up in the corporate ladder, founding companies, and partnering with others to provide services that give his clients peace of mind. 

Delano native, Miguel Rocha, comes in today to talk about his life as an entrepreneur. Since high school, Miguel knew he wanted more in life than what school had to offer. He wanted challenges and he wanted to overcome those challenges. He has since evolved into a true entrepreneur, branching out into a variety of fields, from architecture to personal fitness. Currently the solar industry keeps him busy, but he still has time to develop a dating app. 

Today's guest is realtor and Watsonville native, Jose Luis Marquez. Jose has over 16 years of experience in real estate, and has seen it all. From hot markets to crashes, Jose is a prime example of an entrepreneur who is adaptable and  always willing to learn and evolve.

After getting his start working for El Clasificado and later KGET/Telemundo, Carlos noticed that business owners were not getting a return on their investment from the advertisements they were paying for, so he created Transparent Marketing Group, with the purpose of helping local business owners innovate their business by establishing an online reputation with Social Media and Google ads.

He has seen a lot of success lately, but it definitely wasn't easy. Eric joins us to talk about his early struggles in real estate that led him to quit only 4 years in, but like a true entrepreneur, he bounced back, learned from his mistakes, and started over.

Hector has been in sales for over 20 years, and has been working in solar for 13 years now since he was first introduced to the industry back in 2009. Hector services families all around California, from Sacramento to San Diego.  In this episode we discuss the benefits of solar energy, and how they can not only lower your energy bill, but your tax bill as well. 

Diego Elizarraraz is the Account Executive at Sandoval Tax CPAs. In this episode, he talks about his life after high school. While working in construction on University Campuses, seeing the students come out of class motivated him to return to school and pursue the life that he wanted. He is now the Account Executive at Sandoval Tax, and is one of the primary reasons for the company's rapid growth.
