In this episode, I interview Ana Perez. Ana is ranked as one of the top 10 powerlifters in her weight class and division both nationally and internationally. She competes in both the 90kg Raw and SHW Classic Raw divisions and holds VA State records for Squat, Bench, Deadlift, and Total in both the 90kg Raw and SHW Classic Raw Divisions. In 2017 Ana held the USPA National Deadlift Record with a 230kg/507lbs lift ranking her among the 94 women in the world who can deadlift over 500lbs (as per a recent OpenPowerlifting poll). In addition to being a tremndous powerlifter, Ana is a self-made entrepreneur specializing in web and graphic design.
