Bob is flying solo this week.  Zaq was out sick, but luckily Rae Andreacchio was there to sit in for an interview.  If you've listened to the podcast 'Culpable', then you know exactly who Rae is.  She is the mother of Christian Andreacchio.  Rae has been battling for justice for her son for over 5 years.  Christian was found deceased with a bullet wound to his head in 2014.  Investigators ruled it a suicide, but Rae . . . and many many others believe that Christian was murdered. Rae and Bob discuss her journey through the legal process, the creation of the Culpable podcast, and her current struggle with a group of people that Bob is very familiar with.

Epstein is a convicted child rapist with connections to many rich and powerful people.  In August of this year, Epstein was found dead in his jail cell as he awaited trial.  Recently released medical opinions suggest that the original M.E.'s opinion that the death was a result of a suicide, may be inaccurate.  Did Jeffery Epstein kill himself?  Or was he murdered to protect people in power?

4: The Murder of Rodney Reed

Bob and Zaq examine the 1996 murder of 19 year old Stacey Stites.  Stacey was strangled, and her body was discovered hours later on the side of a rural Texas road.  Rodney Reed was convicted for Stacey's rape and murder, and sentenced to death in 1998. Reed is currently scheduled to be executed on November 20th.  Case facts that have arisen since the trial have called Rodney's conviction into question.  The State of Texas may very well be preparing to murder an innocent man. In this episode Bob and Zaq break down the case facts, new and old evidence, and ask listeners to get involved. This week Bob and Zaq have an open discussion on the controversial topic of transgender athletes participating in women's sports.  The topic has been in the headlines lately as biological female high school athlete Selina Soule has made her frustrations public.  Selina was eliminated from State competition by two transgender athletes, Terri Miller & Andraya Yearwood.  Terri and Andraya were both biologically born males, but identify as females.  Both sides have valid arguments, and Bob and Zaq attempt to open a fair discussion on the topic. 2: The Botham Jean / Amber Guyger Case

This week, Bob and Zaq take on the mysterious murder of Botham Jean.  Botham was shot to death in his own apartment, when off duty Dallas Police Officer Amber Guyger entered and claims to have believed that she was in HER apartment.  A year later Guyger was convicted of murder, but was only sentenced to 10 years in prison.  Mistake or murder?  You decide!
