The importance of allowing is allowing everything to be, as it is, as it shows up into your life, and allowing it through without trying to judge it without trying to manipulate it without trying to put a label on it or fight it or anything, just allow it to be as is. Accept it with peace and balance and open mindset, no matter what it is, and not resisting it Allowing it to be. The reason you want to instill this and it's really the final piece of the law of attraction is because, when you allow something, you accept it. It is there and you don't waste energy, putting time, thoughts, stress, worry, fear on this item, there's no focus. We waste so much time and energy in life worrying about the opinions of others. We worry so much about status and image and success and material items we hardly give ourselves a second to breathe. These things are just content of the physical world they have no value attached to them. The only thing they are good for is giving us a reason to let negative thoughts and emotions into our energy field. We reflect on so many small things within the day, but we need to do a better job of reflecting on ourselves, of our thoughts and emotions, of the environment. The only way to grow is to learn, whether that be learned in the moment or learned from the past, but all that learning takes reflection and analyzing the situation or topic in a positive light to see what can be improved and what doesn't need to be fixed. With so much info coming at us each day it is already so easy to get overwhelmed and want to shut down before you even start.
