Mike reveals the 100% commission model that's disrupting traditional lending, why wholesale rates beat retail every time, and the prospecting strategies that tripled his pipeline in 90 days. Steal the frameworks: listing agent prospecting secrets, revenue share residuals that pay forever, and how AI-powered tools are eliminating excuses. The notorious Bermuda Triangle in the North Atlantic Ocean makes people, ships, and airplanes vanish into thin air. Some experts blame bad weather conditions. Others are sure the reason is heavy traffic in the area and human error. Many people believe in conspiracy theories: aliens, the lost city of Atlantis, or even a massive meteorite lying on the ocean floor. There are also those who deny there's anything unusual about the Triangle. And still, the mystery remains. But few people know that the South Atlantic Ocean has an enigma of its own. Well, not the ocean itself, but a patch of space above this area. It's dubbed "the Bermuda Triangle of space" or "the South Atlantic Anomaly.” There, Earth's protection against solar radiation is much weaker than anywhere else. When spacecraft get into this region, all kinds of serious problems occur to them. When NASA was launching its $2.5 billion Perseverance rover in July 2020, the space agency planners had to do their best to avoid the space Bermuda Triangle. Learn more about your ad choices. Big Idea: No one knows the Father better than the Son, and no one can show the Father like the Son.John 3:17-18For God did not send his Son into the world to condemn the world, but to save the world through him. Anyone who believes in him is not condemned, but anyone who does not believe is already condemned, because he has not believed in the name of the one and only Son of God.I. God's perfect SonII. God's powerful SonIII. God's promised Son Next Steps: Believe: Today, I surrender my soul to the Son of God.Become: I will trust in Jesus's power this week. Be Sent: I will tell someone about Jesus's love this week.Discussion Questions: Who has the closest family relationship you know?Who condemns the person who doesn't believe that Jesus is God in the flesh? How does Jesus offer you a relationship with God that no other religious leader can? What power does God have that Jesus doesn't?What area of your life do you need Jesus's power over this week?Give the name of one person who needs to hear about Jesus's love this week?Offer your week back to God in prayer.
Remember God loves you so much he sent his Son Jesus Christ to take the punishment for your sins. You are of great value. Jesus loves you and He is just a prayer away!

Matthew 22-25 - Matthew 24:36-51: Most of us like to be prepared—but Jesus says there's one thing we can't plan for: the exact timing of His return. In Matthew 24:36–51, He reminds us that no one knows the day or the hour, so the call isn't to predict—but to stay awake. Just like Noah built the ark before the rain, we're invited to live ready, alert and full of purpose. Jesus' return isn't meant to spark fear, but to stir faith and faithfulness. If your breakup feels overwhelming, impossible, or like you keep getting stuck in the same emotional loop, this episode will change the way you think about your "breakup problems." Most breakup suffering comes from low-quality breakup problems. The kind that feels justified and absorbing, but leads nowhere: Why isn't he texting me? Did he ever really love me? What if he moves on first? They feel important, but they keep you spinning, proving your pain instead of solving it. Dorothy shows you how to spot when you're caught in low-quality breakup problems, how to redefine them into high-quality breakup problems that actually move your life forward, and how to approach your breakup problem-solving with the same mindset you bring to challenges you want to solve. This episode will help you upgrade the questions you're asking so you can create solutions you're actually excited about. Reminder! No one knows what the f*ck they're doing. Not me. Not the women you pedestal. Not the 8-figure hitters you drool over. The only difference? They had the balls to move with what they had.Meanwhile, you're sitting on your sh*t like it's a secret weapon that's gonna self-activate once you finally feel “prepared.”That's why you're not making the money you're already a match for. You're telling yourself you need another certification, strategy, course. You're writing 27 drafts of content you'll never post. You're watching people half as talented as you bank $50K+ months while you convince yourself you're “not credible with your audience yet.”And for WHAT?There is no finish line where you suddenly feel ready.I've built my entire business(es) multi-six figures & this one on track for half a million in 2025 by moving anyway.By deciding I had enough to take step one.By realizing “figuring it the f*ck out” is the strategy.Every big move I've ever made looked insane in the moment:⚡️ Starting my online business literally the day I had my son.⚡️ Dropping a 70-person live event out of thin air with no “plan.”⚡️ Pitching high-ticket containers when I didn't even have the backend built yet.Your brain will always try to keep you in the loop of “not enough, yet.”But the truth? That voice never leaves. You just stop listening to it.And when you get in rooms where women are building wealth, brands, & lives that only they could create .. they're not pyramids built off of eachother? You'll realize FAST that no one has it figured out. That you just have to be ballsy enough to move while it's messy.THIS IS WHAT NGF LIVE IS.Not surface-level hype.A room of successful badasses rewriting the rules in real time & forcing you to see how much more you're capable of.If you want certainty before you move, you'll be here another year saying the same sh*t.If you want ignition, this is your room.October 17–19. Toronto.Be in it.

In 1894, Pres Wilford Woodruff received a revelation that changed the way temples are administered to today. It also altered the way we view the spirit world. In addition, it also highlighted the way church leaders in the 1800's viewed a number of doctrinal issues before greater light and knowledge was received.

“For us, I think it really is about trust and commitments, and I don't think that has necessarily changed over the years. As we work on that, obviously, we are very much invested in how we can engage an audience and spark the curiosity that people are looking for. The most important thing often is how we can spark that curiosity in ourselves. As a way of working, which I think is the most important framework for an institution, the institution should constantly want to learn and evolve, and it isn't a static place. Particularly coming from the opportunity of not being a collecting institution, we are ever-evolving and ever-changing.”Nicola Lees is truly pushing the boundaries of what a museum can be. Since 2020, she has been director of the Aspen Art Museum, a non-collecting, artist-founded institution dedicated to experimentation and supporting the most innovative voices in contemporary art. Under her direction, the AAM has just unveiled an ambitious, decade-long initiative called AIR Aspen. From July 26–August 1, 2025, AIR isn't just another program; it's the first artist-led global summit, a bold undertaking that will bring together artists, cultural leaders, policymakers, and influencers for yearly talks, performances, workshops, and an annual retreat. It's designed to explore the profound role of art in addressing the big questions of our time, from AI to how we relate to one another. The inaugural theme, "Life As No One Knows It," promises to be a deeply engaging exploration of what it means to be alive in an era of rapid technological and environmental change, and it will feature an extraordinary roster of creatives whose work transcends traditional disciplines, including Francis Kéré, Paul Chan, Aria Dean, Glenn Ligon, and Maya Lin.Before her tenure in Aspen, Nicola Lees made her mark as the director and curator of New York University's 80WSE and as a curator for Frieze Projects at Frieze London. Today, we'll delve into her philosophy of art, leadership, and the transformative power of this new initiative.Episode Websitewww.creativeprocess.info/podInstagram:@creativeprocesspodcast
