The technology that we have today allows us to operate household appliances with our voices, watch movies with the touch of a button and have anything you want at your doorstep in less than two days. But is it to our detriment?

With all that power and promise at your fingertips it’s no wonder that it can be a distraction. So how do we deal with it?
