If you've ever wondered when things will finally “click” in your business, Brooke Drassal's story will speak to you. In this episode, we highlight the power of staying faithful to the dreams you have for your equine business — even when the timeline looks different than you expected. For Brooke (like many of you), the horses came first. But, she realized early on that it takes more than passion to build a sustainable business. You'll hear how Brooke leaned into patience and persistence, doing the work without rushing the outcome. Her story is a great reminder that when you let go of pressure, trust the process, and build from a place of service you create space for steady growth and deeper purpose.Show Notes (also known as “Where to read a quick summary of what we talked about here and get links I mentioned.”) are over at Stormlily.com/188
What happens when we stand at the threshold of transformation, no longer who we once were but not yet who we're becoming? Dr. BethAnne Kapansky Wright guides us through this sacred liminal space, sharing powerful passages from her book "Transformations of the Sun" that illuminate the courage required to embrace change.Key talking points include: • Reading from the poem "In Between" about no longer being the person you used to be while not yet becoming who you're stepping into• Personal story of leaving Alaska for Kauai and the emotional challenge of following soul guidance others couldn't understand• Exploration of "the wild unknown" - that spiritual wilderness where we must learn to trust our internal compass• Discussion of how initial certainty in decision-making often gives way to doubt when transformation becomes uncomfortable• Reflections on how our souls rejoice in the struggle even when our human minds resist change• Importance of having small anchors during change while still surrendering to the deeper processThe true gift of this episode lies in Dr. BethAnn's gentle reminder that transformation necessarily involves discomfort. When we follow a soul calling, we often experience initial certainty that later gives way to doubt and questioning. Yet it's precisely in this grappling that we discover unexpected strengths and access deeper wisdom. As she beautifully expresses through her poem "Submergence," we must allow ourselves to unravel before we can "knit ourselves back into new shapes and hue." The invitation is clear: can we trust our internal compass when external validation fails? Can we surrender to the "river beneath the river" and allow our soul's alchemy to unfold at its own perfect pace? Join Dr. BethAnn in this intimate exploration of what it truly means to trust the process of becoming who we're meant to be.--Your Heart Magic is a space where heart wisdom, spirituality, and psychology meet. Trust the process, no matter how difficult it is. It's not over. Your time is coming. Speaker: Coach Pain "I am honored to share my story with you so that you can see the path that brought me to where I am today. You see, I believe that it is through difficult situations and great pain that the human spirit grows and character is developed. And my story is a testament to this. I started in the fitness industry when I was only 18 years old, and I knew that it was where I belonged. I had always been into fitness and enjoyed being active throughout my whole childhood. I was involved in Martial Arts, Wrestling, and Football throughout high school and was generally a very physical person. I have been in the field for 26+ years and plan to stay here for many more. While I always enjoyed my work and was successful with it, I was not as passionate then as I am now. The passion didn't come until much later. The passion came through the most painful loss I have ever experienced…" If you find this episode enjoyable, kindly RATE, SHARE, and FOLLOW for more Instagram - @daily_motivationsorg Facebook- @daily_motivationsorg Kindly support us Support Us

When nothing seems to be working despite all your effort, the secret may not be doing more, it may be letting go. Discover how loosening your grip allows space for guidance, clarity, and miracles to flow in. Sometimes life throws us into seasons where no matter how much effort we put in, nothing seems to move forward. I've been there, and recently I had to remind myself of the power of letting go. Clinging tightly can feel like control, but it often keeps us from receiving the answers and blessings we need. In this episode, I share tools and perspectives that helped me loosen my grip and trust that life is unfolding exactly as it should. Action Plan: - Notice where you're gripping too tightly: Pay attention to areas in your life where you feel white-knuckled and overly controlling. - Try visualization tools: Use a balloon or shelf visualization to release what isn't yours to control. - Create a trust archive: Write down past experiences where letting go brought the outcome you needed. - Practice physical release: Open your hands, breathe deeply, and affirm “I release this. It is handled.” - Journal for clarity: Ask yourself what you're still trying to control and what it would feel like to trust deeply right now. More from Megan YouTube | Website | Instagram

In this episode, I share why real growth takes time—and why that's a good thing. Trusting the process isn't about sitting back and hoping for the best. It's about showing up every day with purpose, especially when the outcome isn't clear. I talk about how to stay consistent when progress feels slow, how surrender can actually create more space for success, and why uncertainty is often where the best opportunities begin. It's not about rushing the results—it's about having faith in the work, the timing, and yourself. To join my next free Friday Training sessions, email me at david@dmeltzer.com

We're in this thing together.Life right now seems chaotic, but there's a method to the madness — welcome to the challenge of our generations. It sucks, it's not fair, it's been going on too long, and it feels like we're sacrificing our children to some golem of change—with no relief in sight. We need something to believe in and something to do about it, so longtime friend of the pod Bob Gilbreath shares what works for him. It might help you handle the stress, and maybe even convince you to be the tiny pair of butterfly wings that delivers positive change. This conversation is from P&G Alum Bob Gilbreath's podcast & newsletter “The Workaround” — Bob is a repeat startup founder with two exits. Bob's stories and conversations — from a career in tech startups and corporate innovation — are here to make you think, smile, and discover a shortcut to success or a trap to avoid.
