Stacey, mom of two boys is coming up on her 1,000 consecutive day in a row of running here in the next few days. She started her run streak five years post baby and began running to start being more active and creating lifestyle changes. She initially lost around 50 pounds and found a way to get in at least one mile everyday to lose the weight and keep it off. The run streak has helped her understand how to feel her body and not just care about the number on the scale. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/dailyrunwithza/support

Back in the last summer, I challenged my followers to a 30 day run or walk streak challenge. There were quite a few that attempted it, but Natalie became the first female that successfully ran every single day for 30 days. We talk about how this was possible as she is home with her two kids and husband and how her journey began to inspire others to start this run or walk challenge. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/dailyrunwithza/support
In this episode I talk about why people are not able to complete the 30 day run streak challenge. It's more than just running or walking every single day for 30 days. It's about coming face to face with self limiting beliefs and thought patterns. Few have made it 10 days. In over 6,000 consecutive days of running, I've had to overcome many obstacles - thousands, just to get in my run. I've created this group “30 Days of Daily Motivation” for accountability, support and expert guidance to not only succeed in the 30 day run streak challenge but also as a way to overcome challenges and obstacles in day to day life that prevent you from connecting with yourself. --- Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/dailyrunwithza/support
