Arizona Gold and Silver CEO Mike Stark joined Steve Darling from Proactive to provide a live update from the Philadelphia Gold Project in Arizona, where the company has completed its deepest drill hole to date and continues to expand its exploration program. Stark said hole 172 has been completed, extending the known mineralized vein well beyond the previous drilling depth of approximately 1,100 to 1,200 feet. The drill rig is now being repositioned for hole 173, which is planned to test the system at even greater depths. Management believes the mineralized vein could ultimately extend to approximately 2,800 feet, although Stark emphasized that further drilling will be needed to confirm the full extent of the system. The company also reported encouraging visual observations at the newly permitted BLM Pad 10, where geologists encountered distinctive green and yellow quartz, a style of alteration the exploration team had been targeting. Laboratory assay results are pending. Beyond Pad 10, Stark said drilling infrastructure continues to expand, with Pads 11 and 17 completed on one side of the property and Pads 14, 5, and 12 completed on the other. In Spring 2025, ADOT began work that replaced the surface of US 93 between mileposts 131-144. Crews repaved the roadway and shoulders, as well as designated crossovers. Bridge joints and seals were put in place and new guardrail and drainage features were installed along the project zone. Safety features such as ground-in rumble strips were also put in along the highway. This million project spanned 16 miles of I-40, between Fort Rock Road to the Markham Wash Bridge (mileposts 92-108). The work included milling the existing pavement and applying a new surface while also making spot repairs in certain areas. New pavement markings were applied, and crews conducted other related work in the area. Work began in January and, after a brief break, resumed in April. Dan flags that Google owning 7% of SpaceX ahead of an IPO is not accidental, and the open question is whether this becomes a Nebius-style infrastructure trade or a full-stack Google-equivalent platform. Daniel takes the FOR side: memory has moved from commodity to strategic AI infrastructure, citing 16 multi-year agreements covering $22B in committed volume booked through 2027, 84.9% gross margins higher than NVIDIA's, the technology barriers of HBM yield/stacking/packaging that only three companies can clear, and demand drivers tied to HBM as the binding constraint on every AI accelerator rather than to elastic consumer cycles. Patrick takes the AGAINST side: long-term agreements and SCAs signal a commodity in a strong cycle, not a structural rerating; nearly every relevant memory standard — DDR5, MRDIMM, HBM3/3E/4, LPDDR5X/6, GDDR6/7, LPCAM2 — is JEDEC-standard and therefore commodity at the pin; and CXMT's China DDR5 production ramps in 2H 2026 with Lenovo already shipping and HP and Dell qualifying.
