We believe the church today should look more like the church of the Bible that transformed their world with truth, compassion and the power of God. We believe and teach that the Bible is the Word of God. Much more than a history book about what God did, i
Paul give us a tremendous promise from God that we can be 100% sure he will fulfill. It is found in Philippians 1:6: (AMPC) And I am convinced and sure of this very thing, that He Who began a good work in you will continue until the day of Jesus Christ [right up to the time of His return], developing [that good work] and perfecting and bringing it to full completion in you. God is tenacious in his love for you and desire for your best. No matter what you have or have not done, He will never give up on you. Live confidently and be empowered by His grace! Have you ever felt frustrated, disappointed, discouraged, or maybe even ashamed that you weren't growing as you should in your relationship with God and in godly character? Maybe you're still struggling with the same thing year after year after year? This is not the time to be discouraged. This is the time to be encouraged. Jesus is not only the One who brought us to faith, He is the finisher of our faith. What he began in us, he will complete! “Looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.” (Hebrews 12:2 NKJV)
“You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” Psalms 23:5 NIV David uses the image of a shepherd pouring olive oil over the head of his lambs to illustrate that God is the healer of minds, souls and bodies. Believe in and receive the healing Christ provided for you on the cross.
Whatever challenges you face, you are more than a conqueror. By His love, God has provided you with every resource you need to walk in overwhelming victory. Believe it. Declare it. Walk in your victory!
We experience refreshing and new strength when we worship God and meditate on how He has blessed us. As we bless God for His blessing He delights to bless us even more. “he refreshes my soul. He guides me along the right paths for his name's sake.” Psalms 23:3 NIV
When we walk through valleys - remember to keep walking! Valleys are temporary. They are only the passageway from one pasture of blessing to another pasture of blessing. So, keep walking beside your shepherd and know you are one day closer to victory and blessing. “Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalms 23:4 NIV

“Even though I walk through the darkest valley, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me.” Psalms 23:4 NIV As our Shepherd, God is always watchful over us and those we love. He not only protects us from the enemy, He also protects us from our own bad decisions. One of the ways He protects us is by keeping us close to the other members of His flock - the local church. Trust in God's protection!
No matter what circumstances we face, we can face them with great confidence and without fear. God has delegated his authority to us to walk in victory. All of the resources of heaven are at our disposal through our faith. Thank you for standing with us. Make sure to follow us on Facebook and Instagram pages, as well. Jesus Christ is the good shepherd. “My sheep listen to my voice; I know them, and they follow me. I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; no one will snatch them out of my hand.” John 10:27-28 NIV
2 Corinthians one 20 says this: “For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.” With Jesus or through Jesus, God will surely give us all things. Because of what Christ has done for us on the cross and the love of God, and the total abandonment of God to our wellbeing, that reckless love. What we see demonstrated on the cross, we know without a doubt that God will keep every promise that he's given to us.
“Now all glory to God, who is able, through his mighty power at work within us, to accomplish infinitely more than we might ask or think.” Ephesians 3:20 Infinitely beyond your highest prayers, desires, thoughts, or hopes... If this is true, this promise, AND IT IS, most of us are thinking too small and we're settling for too little in the Christian life
God's plans for you are best. You can trust Him and you can surrender to the one who desires your best. He goes on to say: “My plans are to give you hope.” Despite what people are saying to us every day, you have reason to be optimistic and hopeful about your future. That's what hope is!
Generosity is always rewarded, whether it's being generous with money, resources, or time. How will you be generous and how will you trust God's generosity toward you? “Give, and it will be given to you. A good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over, will be poured into your lap. For with the measure you use, it will be measured to you.” Luke 6:38 NIV
We all have times when we feel tired and weary of doing the right thing and good for others. We wonder if it is al worth it. We have God's promise that if we continue to trust Him and don't give up, we will see a great harvest - powerful results that are worth our perseverance.
God's door is always open to us. We can come boldly and confidently into His presence knowing we will always find mercy and grace within His arms. “Let us then approach God's throne of grace with confidence, so that we may receive mercy and find grace to help us in our time of need.” Hebrews 4:16 NIV
You can overcome any adversity, any challenge, any temptation… You can beat any, your struggle with sickness or grief or depression, fear, worry, angry, anger, discouragement, failure, disappointment, rejection, loneliness, guilt, shame, addiction , doubt. You can succeed! You can accomplish! You can fulfill any God inspired goal or dream. You can believe and receive every promise of God. You can walk in victory, live in purpose, make a difference in this world for Christ, you can believe and see God do the impossible through you.
God does miracles for us and His glory when we allow Him to handle our hurts and grievances.
God does not cause the problems we face in life but he does promise to use them for our good. Because of this promise, we can experience a joy that can not be shaken no matter what circumstances we face.
What do you have in common with the Salvador Mundi by Leonardo Da Vinci - the most valuable piece of art ever painted? The answer can be found in Ephesians 2:10: “For we are God's masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.”
I read a comment the other day on Facebook that said "the future looks hopeless". I know times are tough, but nothing could be further from the truth. If the future, it looks hopeless, it's because you're looking through the wrong lenses. We have nothing, but HOPE. Is the confident expectation that the future holds good things for us. And the reason we can have hope and always is because God is faithful!
If you feel overwhelmed, tired, stressed, burned out, Jesus is saying to you: come to me! Give me your burden. I will take it from you and I will give you my rest. Give me your problems. Give me your concerns. Trust that I will take care of them for you, because I love you. I care for you!
God is gracious and He is righteous. Our God is full of compassion. Grace reveals undeserved kindness, demonstrating love to a person who feels unloved and unlovable.
God's love for us is not based on how good a son or daughter is. He loves us (period), and nothing changes that. And when we come to our senses, when we choose to return to him, he doesn't shame us. He doesn't lecture us, put us on probation. He receives us with open arms instantly and completely our return not only brings him joy.
