Join us on a 52 week journey to not only explore God’s word being lead by the Holy Spirit, but to memorize and share it as well. While D52 is not meant to be a study per se, we wanted a platform to help provide some context for the text you are reading, a

Week 52! We are at the end of season 1 at last—not that we were rushing to get here. James as we say might be the “Proverbs'' of the New Testament. James is not a fan of too many words, but in his short letter, he gives us hundreds of digestible bites to ponder and apply. We hope you enjoy this week!
We are nearing the end of our 52 weeks! If you guys haven't started a new D52 group yet, reach out and let us know how we could help. We are cheering for you.
Join us with Pastor Marlon Daniels for a discussion of James 1.
Today we wrap up our time in Hebrews with chapter 13. Thank you for joining us. I hope you are considering starting your own D52 group and encouraging another generation of people to read, memorize, meditate on, and learn Scripture.

We are wrapping up Romans! It's bittersweet. I, Sam, am fond of Romans, but it's time to move to Hebrews.
This week John and Sam get closer to what the problem on the ground might have been in the Roman Church— worship preferences (convictions even) over running love for one another. Join us as we take a deeper dive. If you need copies of the D52 reading plan, please email alliancemoultrie@gmail.com
John and Sam cover the challenging text of Romans 13 today. It is important to remember that while the view points on this chapter vary widely, one must remember that the main idea is back in Chapter 12. How does 13 support the main idea in 12?
Join John and Sam as they discuss what they are earring from Romans 12 today. Chapter 12 is the head of the next big literary unit and contains the main idea for 12-15.
This week we are wrapping up the first major unit of Romans. Paul has laid the theological and historical foundation for his solutions to the problems on the ground in the Roman Church. 12-16 represent the practical application of 1-11, but context is still crucial. As we move into the next section, try to pick up on what some of the specific problems may have been in the Roman Churh and how 1-11 speaks to some of those issues.
Join us as we continue in Romans. Chapters 9-11 can be challenging, but try to navigate them in light of the whole letter. See you in chapter 11.
It's just us again— your host, John Norman, and your producer, Sam Baker. Do you struggle with God's sovereignty? Join us in this discussion.
We are back in the studio continuing on in Romans. How is your D52 journey going? Let us know.

This week we go beyond the usual program and talk method as well as diving into the verses that stood out to us this week.
Join your host John Norman and Jonathan Brown for a discussion of Romans 4. Something that readers might have to wrestle with in Romans 4 is the precise meaning of “it was counted to him as righteousness”. We probably won't have that worked out in this episode, but it needs consideration. For a fuller picture read through Genesis 14 and 15.
One day we will have guests back, but until then join John Norman and Sam Baker for an “in the weeds” discussion of Romans 3. Something to note about this show is that John and Sam disagreed on some key points in this passage for about 45min before they hit record, but their commitment to brotherhood and unity in the Spirit let them disagree with respect. This is unity.
We are out of Acts and into Romans. This is a great discussion providing lots of context for the book. We don't all agree here. This should show you just how deep dives into God's Word— in community— can be productive. I hope you enjoy. 15 more chapters of Romans to go.
This is our last chapter in Acts. This chapter covers the classical example of missional contextualization. Join us as Pastor Steve Scarrow of Friendship Alliance Church in Moultrie, GA helps us unpack this great chapter.
Thanks for joining us through Acts. This book is critical for setting the back drop to the letters that follow in the NT. Without Acts we'd have very little or no context for these letters.
This is a dense chapter. You may want to spend some time here. Thanks for staying with us.
We are halfway through D52! Hang in there. Stay strong on the back half.
