We all have seasons in life that make us want to give up but it is up to us to choose to commit to the journey. Persistence is a beautiful trait we can all have, it just takes a little more self-work for some than others.  

Out with the old in with the new! As of recently, I have been thinking of rebranding the podcast for a while now. So here it is. Expect a different side of me and the conversations I have!
