Homelessness, domestic violence, substance abuse -- these are just a few of the challenges many of these students face in their daily lives. In this episode, Diana shares some of the innovative approaches she and the rest of the Fairfax staff have taken in their quest to help students succeed. 

Traci Hinman knows a thing or two about teacher leadership. Last year, she developed Greenbush's Teacher-Leader Cadre, a training and support program for educators who may not be administrators but are seen as leaders within their schols. Traci and Nikki discuss the impetus behind the program and why it's so important to talk about topics that often go undiscussed.
