Wrenn talks with Diana Richardson, author of The Heart of Tantric Sex, as well as seven other books in the same realm. First of all, let's get one thing straight: it's a myth that sex goes away once you've been married for so many years. It doesn't have to be like that. Sometimes, the problem isn't your partner: it's you. Diana tells Wrenn the key to changing the way you make love. They discuss the importance of awareness and how to incorporate intentional sex in a busy lifestyle with added stress from your career and kids. Diana tells us what to do if your partner is the one pulling away from sex. She gives advice to anyone with erectile dysfunction or body image insecurities and tells us why pornography can be detrimental to your relationship. Sex CAN improve the longer you're with someone. And you don't have to be 'horny' to do it. Diana is extremely experienced, working with couples from all over the world for many many years. Some of these married couples haven't had sex in up to 10 years; and, within 2 days of working with her, they're doing it again. This is an extremely informational episode for anyone in a long term romantic partnership or marriage (or if you plan to be at any point in your life). Visit Diana's website www.loveforcouples.com for more information about her, her books and the infamous couples' retreat she talks about. Diana, enlightened us, b!#©h... to say the least.

Wrenn sits down with her friend and hilarious comedian Pat Quinn. Pat and Wrenn share the same MidWestern / Southern values so they get into the differences in human behavior in LA vs. their respective home towns. Pat tells Wrenn what makes him want to approach a woman at a bar and lets her in on his secret pick-up line. Ladies, prepare yourselves: this one is original. They realize they've both become a little introverted after reflecting on how the pandemic has affected their need for alone time. If you have social anxiety, this is a good episode to listen to as they talk about ways to feel more confident at parties or events. Pat is salt of the earth, a rare breed in Los Angeles. We hope you enjoy this episode and Pat's 'feel good' vibes. You can find him on Instagram @impatquinn

Wrenn lives next door to a psychopath and her patience is being tested. Part 2 of the strip club saga from last week: the story of Wrenn's friend who wishes to remain anonymous took a very unexpected turn. Wrenn also gives tips on how to not pull your hair out at family gatherings. Last but not least, she describes the benefits of sour candy. Stay enlightened, b!#©hes!!!
Wrenn's friend's boyfriend spent $600 at the strip club. Wrenn assesses the situation and gives her thoughts. Wrenn explains why she thinks "don't put all your eggs in one basket" is a stupid saying and vows to replace the word "should" with "could". If you're having a hard time getting your needs met in your relationship, this is a good episode to tune into. Wrenn elaborates on the power of taking the focus off of what your partner isn't doing and replacing it with appreciation. Your choice of words and the value you place on words can make a difference. How many mental breakdowns did you have this week? How many is too many? There will be a part 2 to the strip club saga on next week's episode. It took a very unexpected but juicy turn. Stay tuned. And stay enlightened, b!#©hes.
It's another solo episode this week. Wrenn touches briefly on what not to say to someone going through grief. She gives a full run down of all the things she does to deal with and rid herself entirely of anxiety. She discusses the Johnny Depp-Amber Heard trial, specifically Dr. Curry's diagnosis of Amber having borderline personality disorder as well as histrionic personality disorder. And finally, she gives advice to anyone thinking about moving to another city to find love. (Don't do it)
*TRIGGER WARNING* This is an extremely vulnerable and personal episode. Wrenn shares the details and emotions she went through when she first found out her brother, Harper, was dead. She explains what grief has been like for her as well as for other family members. There are better ways to deal with an addict that don't include completely shutting them out. Wrenn gets into it. If you've recently lost someone, my heart goes out to you. If you have an addict or are an addict yourself, my heart goes out to you. Your addiction is not bigger than you are and your addiction does not define you.
If you are a part of the LGBTQIA community, are struggling with your sexuality, or simply want to hear a beautiful and vulnerable coming out story, you don't want to miss this episode. Audrey Stewart gets very real with Wrenn about how she accidentally used standup comedy as an avenue for getting comfortable with her sexuality. They discuss why standup and public speaking forces you to be your most authentic self and how certain events in Audrey's childhood impacted years of sexual suppression. Wrenn helps Audrey realize she does not have to define or put any sort of label on who she is. She's Audrey. She's hilarious. She's an inspiration. And that's beautiful. In a turn of affairs, Audrey taps in to the esoteric and receives some messages from Wrenn's dead brother, Harper. Audrey didn't just come out as bisexual. She came out as a comedium on this episode. Comedium = Comedian / Medium. B!#©h, Audrey Stewart Enlightens Us.
Wrenn talks to her friend and hilarious standup comedian, Neel Nanda. Neel and Wrenn hit the hard sh*t right off the bat: they both plan on getting cremated when they die, but for different reasons. Neel comes in hot to tell Wrenn why he thinks graveyards are stupid and why sporting events in LA are lame compared to other cities. Neel and Wrenn bond over separate trips to the ER thanks to street food in Neel's native country. If you don't get a parasite in your stomach while traveling to India, did you even get the full experience? They discuss the dumb stuff you do for your boyfriend or girlfriend in your early 20s and the importance of being able to take constructive criticism or feedback from your significant other. Neel's parents had an arranged marriage and now they've got an arranged divorce, organized by Neel. Neel tells Wrenn why he thinks Linkin Park killed rock n' roll and why you shouldn't have sex in your parents house, no matter how old you are. You can find Neel on Instagram, TikTok, and Twitter: @neelnanda or catch him live in a city near you.
Wrenn rants about how outrageous wedding registries have gotten, keeping friends who are at different stages of life, the taste of chicken lately, why you shouldn't bring your dog to the grocery store, and why you should eat alone at restaurants, She gives dating advice to single men and communication advice to people in relationships. Welcome to the Wrennstitution where we prevent divorces. We saved the best story for last... Wrenn might have a stalker.
Wrenn sits down with actress, YouTuber, but most importantly her friend, Amanda McCants. They spend an abnormally large and embarrassing amount of time talking about their parents and Kim K. They discuss red flags in relationships as well as a few green flags, keeping gifts from exes, and the perks of having big tits. Amanda shares the thing she's OCD about when it comes to hooking up and the secret to girls trips. They bond over being sinners in high school and reminisce on the side jobs they had before they could support themselves financially from the internet. They touch on the individual relationships they have with their sisters and get into a bit of astrology and the power of the subconscious mind. Amanda tells Wrenn how she deals with negative comments on her videos and emphasizes the importance of keeping an “unbothered” attitude. @amandamccants
Wrenn sits down with Peter Mehlman, a writer and producer most notably known for a little show called Seinfeld. You may have heard of it. They discuss an event Wrenn attended at Peter's house with Lynda Obst and a few quantum physicists smarter than both of them. Wrenn and Peter bond over hating the victim mentality and Peter gives advice on how to own the room when you go in for pitch meetings. Peter reminisces on a particular pitch meeting with Woody Allen. They discuss Peter's art collection and why he loves LA so much. Peter ponders writing a letter to murderers in jail and it freaks Wrenn out. Finally, Wrenn makes Peter tell a real life story that ended up on an episode of Curb Your Enthusiasm's latest season and how luck plays a huge part in your success. You can buy Peter's latest novel #MeAsWell on Amazon.
