In this episode, I was having a moment. I discussed imposter syndrome and how I just worked my way through it to complete this episode. Let this be a reminder that no one is immune to it and it can affect you at any time.

I dug into my recruiter vault and pulled out some not all of the important things about recruiting. Keep in mind I did not mention everything about recruiting but I shared some good points. Is marriage 50/50 or is the husband supposed to take care of everthing?  That is the question on the table. You have to keep listening to get the answer and to find out what Marriage is all about.

I have a unique way of looking at the Vaccine setup. In my first episode about the vaccine, I told you I was pro-vaccine and why. Now I have what I think is a solid theory to back up my reasoning for getting the vaccine sooner rather than later. I feel I must address something that I ran across the past few weeks. Can you guess how many people of color VS how many people not of color just in your state that have taken the Vaccine?  Well, I will tell you the gap is well over a million people. Does that seem strange to you? It does to me, so I asked why this is? An overwhelming number of people of color say they think the government is out to get them. Now, I understand why they have that fear with all those experiments done on Black folks Back in the day. And a lot of the elder folk are just set in their ways and don't care for it. Ok, let me get to my theory as to why I think we should take the vaccine now rather than later. Riddle me this… Let's say the suspicions are correct and the government is planning something like fooling with the vaccine. Tell me when do you think that will happen? Will it happen while it is being given to non-Black and brown people? I say, Nay… Because It would have come out by now if different Variations were being segregated and aimed at just us. Think about it - we have some very intelligent Black nurses out there administering the vaccine. Don't you think they or someone would have noticed it? So here is what I think… If this was true, why would they put so many of their own people at risk? If you go by the numbers alone If they were going to do anything to the Vaccines, when do you think that would happen?  Don't you think it would happen after Millions of non-black people in each state have taken the vaccine? I think that is when it is more than likely for the switch a rue to happen. And guess what, you set yourself up for failure. Haven't you heard when in roam do what the Romans do!? Listen I want to make sure everyone understands That this is a hypothetical and not a real Plan I uncovered. I saw some information and I put my own 2cents on it and it makes sense to me. You do what you will with the information. You can look up the numbers on your local news websites and judge for yourself.

In this episode, with a true story that hits home, I will be talking about Black Death. I speak on how us as black folks and others now a days don't look at death as part of life anymore. We don't prepare like our grandparents and great grandparents did. They prepaid for plots, funeral arrangements. They paid for it years before they kicked the pervial bucket. We scared to even bring it up. But why??? Is it MONEY$$$? YUP! Most can't even pay for Medical Insurance let alone Life insurance on top of that.  

The time comes when you just have to tell the ones close to you how you feel. For Better or worse. The message should be clear and to the point. So that is what I did. I hope it is received with an open mind and a loving heart. Because it's ok! 

Being a hypocrite is in all of us. So when we recognize it change it, fix it. In this episode, I touch on practicing what you preach. How can you tell anyone else something and you haven't done what you suppose to do? 

We all go through Transitions. Some people embrace the change that comes with it and some fight it. I Give you a quick snapshot of some transitions I went through and how I handled them. No one can tell you what to do so that isn't what I did here. I am telling you that, you can do. Your mindset has to change to survive these upcoming Transitions heading our way. 

Why is communication with our young ladies so difficult? Right! It shouldn't be. Don't be afraid to ask them are they ok? Do they really need help not with money but emotionally and with setting themselves up for success in life? We all need help with something so don't be scared to ask. Communication is a strong part of failure in our families. Stop the trend and talk to one another.

This episode is about how you spend your time. I use time management to show you how important your time is. It's Time to get to it, do that thing you want to do. Now is the time not later because tomorrow is not promised.
