Hello hello! My name is Jesse Nguyen with Feed Learning and I am excited to announce the launch of a new podcast called The People Podcast, where fellow humans share their vulnerable moments and how they navigated sticky situations throughout their career. If you are having trouble dealing with certain people at work, or have ever wondered how others got promoted but you didn’t, or maybe you’re not sure if you’re in the right job, then this is the podcast for you. My hope is that with each episode and each guest, you’ll be invited to see the world through another pair of lenses and learn different ways of overcoming various workplace challenges. By listening to others’ stories, I believe that you can become more aware and understanding of different behavioral styles, possibly pick up on new conflict resolution techniques that work best for you or even gain some validation on what you’re already doing. Now, full disclosure: in the spirit of vulnerability, this is the first time I’ve ever created a podcast so I don’t know what I’m doing. But that’s okay, because I know we’ve all felt lost before. Right? Right now, Google is my best friend. So join me in my journey of starting this thing and learning as I go. In the next few weeks, I’ll start introducing you to our guests. In the meantime, follow Feed Learning on Instagram and LinkedIn and be the first to know when new episodes are released. If you have any particular questions you would like to ask upcoming guests or even me, please email hello@feedlearning.com or leave a voicemail on my Google Voice number at ‪(805) 262-7782‬.Alright. Thanks for listening and I hope to hear from you. Maybe I’ll even interview you one day. See you later! Bye!Feed Learning is an HR and Talent consulting firm for rapidly growing companies.
