We are the first real and genuine fitness podcast in India to put out evidence based information that our mothers like.

Aman Bindra speaks to Smriti about her 2yrs long journey from a 117kgs heavy mother to a 65kgs light powerlifter and a fitness junkie. After her surgery, the anesthesiologist whispered into Smriti's ear that when she tried to anaesthetize Smriti, she had to pierce the entire needle to reach past her bodyfat. And that she needs to do something about her weight. What followed after that has been one of the miracles we rarely get to see happening. After getting discharged, Smriti went on to lose more than 50kgs in two years and here she speaks about everything that she had to go through and everything she has learnt after coming out of it alive.
