Hanging w/ The D

The end of Season Two has come & fret not, we will be back for more!  This season has been a lot of fun & quite frankly has become one of my favorite projects to date. Talking about this shit has been amazing!

Every so often, during any journey it is ok to take a moment and reflect upon your travels.  In doing so you may realize that you've done some badass things during your journey.  Take a moment and grasp what you've done and accomplished.

All it takes is that one degree of change to make a difference... you can either sit on the couch with your bag of chips or you can get off your butt and go for a walk... even the smallest of degrees of change is still forward progress.

Holidays come and go.  With holidays come amazing foods and the potential desire to eat a lot of those amazing foods.... like pie!!

We've mentioned it before, the things we do to relieve the stresses of life.  Now let's take it a lil deeper into some anger management and tunes and how it all wraps up nicely.

#NeverGiveUp Three words made popular in my realm by John Cena.  Three words that can be used in many realms.  No matter what life throws at you, be it a curveball or a sack of lemons... don't quit.  Be it in a journey through health and fitness or be it through life in general... NEVER GIVE UP!

Sometimes life throws you curveballs.  You can either swing and miss, or you can step up & smash it.  It's your call....

We bibble and babble about flipping the script but ultimately when it comes to flipping the script and taking control, consistency is key.

2020 was a bit of a cunt.  Covid came and did it's thing.  Some of those things were destructive on personal levels & others on a business level.  It hits even harder when it's your business....   JD tells a story of how he had to flip the script & be it as it is, it's an inspiring tale in its own little way.

When shit gets you down or even completely wrecks you.... How do you bounce back?  I take it one day at a time and go from there.  Each and every day I struggle with the being ghosted thing, it still fucks me up sometimes.  But I take it all in strides!

If you know what it is to be ghosted, let me tell ya, I feel for ya.... WE FEEL FOR YA!!  25ish years of friendship, flushed for who knows what fuckin reason.... Flipping the Script here is so much easier said than done...

We back baybay! We got a brand new season worth of content for ya listening pleasure and the convos only going to get deeper as the season progresses.  So the time is now and the plan is to FLIP THE SCRIPT!!!

As Season One comes to a close, the biggest of doors opens for Season Two as we make our transformation into something even more awesome....

Like life, every journey has its ebbs & flows... It's how we adapt and roll with these punches that defines the journey.  It is up to us as individuals to make these ebbs and flows our bitch and conquer the obstacles.

As JD has said many times, there is an ebb and flow to the journey.  This is a bit of a dive into that ebb & flow.

John Carpenter, the man who gave us fans so many classics, brought the slasher genre into the mainstream with this timeless classic that has aged incredibly well.  All these years later it is still incredibly rewatchable and just as fantastic as it was the first time I watched it all those years ago.

Doom Patrol Season 2 rolls on w/ Trenty & The D.... life & covid have prevented us from moving forward at the rate we would like, but hey, it's 2020 and this is what they call the "new normal" and I'm over here saying fuck the "new normal" bro!   But here we are, Finger Patrol & Cliff is given the thought that he could have human-like upgrades....
