    In this episode I chat with Elizabeth Jansen, also known as Elizabeth Healthy Life on Instagram, about binge eating disorder, marathoning, and grief. Elizabeth is a certified run coach, marathoner, and Pre-K teacher. She has several finish lines under her belt and is chasing her Boston Qualifying time. In this episode we dive into her journey to becoming a marathoner, and how her life changed when her older brother Robert suddenly passed away in August of 2012. Elizabeth talks about how Robert inspired her to chase her dreams & run down those finish lines. Further, we talk about her experience battling binge eating disorder, and how her binge eating disorder effected her running. Elizabeth’s journey is not only inspiring, but it is a reminder that we are stronger than we think we are. She shares what running has taught her, and how running has made her become an all around better person. Finally, we chat about her decision to become a run coach and her run coach business goals.
