Some women wait until burnout forces them to slow down. Others get a warning from their bodies and keep pushing anyway. This conversation is a reminder that stress does not simply disappear. It settles into the body, waits patiently, and eventually asks to be heard. In this episode of Amiga Handle Your Shit, Jackie Tapia sits down with Eugenia Jansen, founder of Golden Lotus Gardens, former banking executive, and holistic practitioner specializing in craniosacral therapy, prenatal and postnatal care, fascia release, lymphatic work, and energy healing. Eugenia shares how a successful career in banking led her to a breaking point, including a series of mini-strokes caused by chronic stress, and how that experience completely changed the direction of her life. What makes this conversation so powerful is Eugenia's belief that the body carries far more than physical tension. She explains how emotions, trauma, grief, and even family patterns can become stored in the body and influence how we feel physically and emotionally. Through stories from her practice and her personal journey, she offers a different perspective on healing, one rooted in listening rather than fighting.Eugenia also opens up about the work she now does alongside her husband, helping everyone from pregnant mothers and newborns to cancer patients, athletes, and people navigating major life transitions. From understanding stress and nervous system overload to exploring the connection between emotional wellbeing and physical health, this is a conversation about learning to trust the wisdom of your body.Tune in to episode 287 of Amiga Handle Your Shit for a fascinating conversation about stress, healing, intuition, and why taking care of yourself is not selfish; it's necessary.Episode Takeaways:How a successful banking career led Eugenia to burnout, mini-strokes, and a complete life change (05:23)The physical signs that chronic stress is building up in the body and what happens when those signals go unaddressed (11:36)Why childhood interests can offer clues about your true purpose and life path (13:03)The surprising journey from corporate executive to holistic healer and massage therapist (17:26)What craniosacral therapy is, how it works, and why it can be transformative for people carrying trauma (20:28)How stored emotions, family experiences, and life events can show up as physical symptoms in the body (27:15)The healing modalities offered through Golden Lotus Gardens and who can benefit from them (33:08)Eugenia's advice for women who feel disconnected from themselves, their health, or their purpose (37:41)Connect with Eugenia Jansen:WebsiteInstagramEugenia's Linktr.eeLet's Connect!WebsiteFacebookInstagramLinkedInJackie Tapia Arbonne websiteBook: The AMIGA Way: Release Cultural Limiting Beliefs to Transform Your Life Hosted on Acast. “… In the defamation case Giuffre brought against Maxwell over Maxwell's public denial of Giuffre's trafficking allegations, Bernard J. Jansen provided a sworn expert witness report designed to corroborate Giuffre's credibility and the consistency of her disclosures over time. According to the description of his testimony, Jansen asserted that Giuffre had repeatedly and privately disclosed her experiences of sexual abuse by powerful individuals in Epstein's circle well before the allegations became public, and that she did so without any signs of fabrication, exaggeration, or personal motive to deceive. His report emphasized that these prior disclosures aligned with her later public claims and supported the contention that her testimony was grounded in firsthand experience rather than invented narrative.Jansen's report was introduced to strengthen Giuffre's position against Maxwell's efforts to dismiss or discredit her allegations by arguing that Giuffre's account was not a sudden public invention but reflected a history of consistent reporting to a trusted professional. In essence, Jansen's expert opinion countered attempts to characterize Giuffre's claims as unreliable or malicious, presenting them instead as credible statements from someone who had long communicated her experiences in confidence and had no evident incentive to fabricate them.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com

What makes Ton Jansen's human chemistry method a unique and effective approach to healing, and how has it opened up new avenues for treating complex health conditions? During this fascinating episode, we had the privilege of speaking with Roger for the second time. Our conversation focused on exploring additional cases using the human chemistry method developed by Ton Jansen, as well as discussing recent advancements and progress in this methodology. Through our discussion, we gained valuable insights and a deeper understanding of the human chemistry approach. Roger Savage has been practicing for an impressive 40 years, during which time he has explored various areas of alternative medicine. While he began his career as a radionics practitioner, his passion for homeopathy soon became apparent. He vividly remembers the day when he ignored his radionic device and instead reached for his notepad to take down a patient's symptoms, feeling like he was finally back on the right path. He is Ton Jansen's right-hand man and helps with all of his workshops using Tom's human chemistry method. It has also been called homeopathic detox therapy. Stijn Schmitz welcomes Mining Stock Monkey to the show. The discussion centers on navigating the current commodity cycle with a disciplined, downside-protection-first approach. He emphasizes that while structural tailwinds like electrification, AI infrastructure, and global poverty reduction support a broad commodities bull market, selectivity is critical. He starts by identifying historically cheap commodities—where low prices eventually cure low prices by curbing supply and boosting demand—and then evaluates individual companies on their risk-reward profiles. Nickel tops his list, but he exclusively seeks high-grade nickel-sulfide deposits, avoiding laterite projects due to severe environmental and human rights concerns in Indonesia. Potash also appears cheap, with BHP's delayed and over-budget Jansen mine potentially discouraging new supply; he notes producers like Nutrien and Mosaic, though he favors royalty exposure through Altius Minerals. In oil and gas, equities are undervalued at spot prices, but the futures curve points to a sharp decline, making him cautious. He prioritizes protecting against large losses, explaining that avoiding a 75% drop is far more valuable than chasing outsized gains. On precious metals, he views the gold bull market as mature after a decade-long run, yet acknowledges that endless money printing and the weaponization of the dollar could drive prices infinitely higher. He is reducing exposure to riskier gold miners and favors royalty companies like Royal Gold, citing its superior margins, built-in growth, relative undervaluation, and potential S&P 500 inclusion as key downside protections. Silver, however, raises concerns: a parabolic chart pattern and the fact that over a billion rural Asians hold silver as savings could trigger massive selling if they cash in on recent price spikes, potentially flooding the market. He also briefly notes that thermal coal's chart resembles a classic bottoming pattern worth investigating.
