10 unknown ingredients, two extremely unprepared hosts, one grand ol' time. With the NBA season right around the corner, let's talk about 10 different storylines, some huge and some complete irrelevant, in the league.

With a bill being proposed, there is a lot of talk about foreign student-athletes being banned in the collegiate ranks. What are your thoughts? This is what a foreign student-athlete in Jinno Rufino and I (barely a student) had to say.

Finally, we get to discuss the UAAP on the show. I am joined by resident UAAP and NCAA analyst, Mikee Reyes, to discuss all that is going on in collegiate basketball. Plus, out of the amateur ranks, who should make the Gilas lineup for the SEA Games.

Regardless of the league, fans are less and less present at the games. Collegiate and professional leagues are all feeling it. They question now is, why? Where are they? Why aren't they heading to the games anymore? And, how do we bring them back? I realize that that is more than just one question. So, we decided to try to answer them all.

The FIBA World Cup was tough on all of us. Let's talk it through and see what can be done to make sure it never happens again.

It's not everyday that I get to have a conversation with a former Commissioner of the PBA. So, when I get my chance, I tried to make the most of it. How to be gulang without being madumi. It was all sorts of fun doing this interview I didn't want it to end.
