L'entrada Oliver-Rodés veu complexa la negociació del pressupost 2026, i no descarta la possibilitat de prorrogar l’actual ha aparegut primer a Radio Maricel.

Depuis la chute du régime de Bachar el-Assad, un groupe de femmes tentent de faire survivre l'art traditionnel de la broderie en Syrie. Durant la guerre, la plupart d'entre elles ont été forcées à l'exil ont ont été tuées dans les bombardements. De 1 000, elles sont passées à 80. Ces rescapées essaient de relancer leur business, pour récupérer des fonds et reconstruire leurs villages, ainsi que pour former les nouvelles générations, et que jamais ne se perde cette tradition. Une dizaine de femmes se sont réunies dans une petite salle, un sac plastique à la main. À l'intérieur, des bouts de tissus colorés et des broderies qu'elles ont ces derniers mois fabriqués. Objectif : les vendre dans une galerie à Damas, explique Jamilé, pour faire revivre cet art en perdition. « Sur cette broderie, j'ai dessiné la montagne, l'herbe, et ici le linge suspendu. Au loin, il y a les maisons détruites par la guerre », détaille-t-elle. Comme les autres femmes ici présentes, Wattah, 61 ans, brode les contours de son village. Des dessins qui ont, depuis la guerre, perdus de leurs éclats. « Avant la guerre, nous étions plus sereines. Tout était beau à voir. Les terres verdoyantes, la tempête, les oiseaux... Désormais, notre humeur est plus morose. Même les couleurs que nous utilisons pour broder sont plus déprimantes », soupire-t-elle. Plus moroses, déprimantes, dit-elle, depuis qu'elles ont dû fuir leurs villages. Parmi elles, Um Loaï. Avant la guerre en Syrie, elle supervisait le travail de 200 femmes depuis sa maison, en périphérie d'Alep. Elle rêve aujourd'hui de s'y réinstaller afin de relancer son activité, mais sur place. « Quand je viens ici, c'est dur. Je ressens beaucoup de peine parce que... Regardez. C'est vrai, ce ne sont plus que des ruines, mais ça reste ma maison. Ma propre maison, que j'avais décoré avec l'argent des broderies », montre-t-elle en sanglotant. Partout, des impacts de balles, des murs éventrés... Les traces des années de combat entre le régime et l'armée syrienne libre, et des années d'occupation du groupe État islamique (EI). « Quand je suis arrivée ici pour la toute première fois, j'ai pleuré à chaudes larmes. Les portes avaient été volées, toute la maison avait été pillée », se remémore-t-elle. Sur la terrasse de la maison dans laquelle elle est réfugiée, Um Loaï compte les billets de ses dernières ventes. Aujourd'hui, coûte que coûte, elle et les dernières brodeuses essaient de remonter leur business. « ​​​​​​​On veut reconstruire nos villages. On a déjà installé un système de dessalement de l'eau financé par nos économies et par des dons. On a planté des oliviers sur nos terres et creusé un puits. J'essaie de rassembler à nouveau les filles pour broder. Mais c'est très difficile », confie-t-elle. À la tête de cette petite entreprise, il y a une Allemande, Heike Weber, tombée d'amour pour la broderie syrienne dans les années 1980. Depuis Damas, elle supervise le travail des dernières brodeuses et collectionne les pièces pour les vendre une à une. « Maintenant, elles sont assises entre quatre murs, sans lumière. La plupart de leurs maisons sont très sombres. L'inspiration de leur environnement, c'est très important pour créer. Si elles ne peuvent pas retourner dans leur village, je pense que tout cela va mourir », redoute-t-elle. Demain, Heike Weber recevra de nouvelles femmes pour leur apprendre la broderie. Dans l'est de la République du Congo, déchiré par les conflits armés depuis une décennie, des organisations humanitaires locales et internationales sont à pied d'œuvre pour soutenir les milliers des personnes qui souffrent suite à la guerre. Parmi ces organisations, le Club RFI intervient dans les communautés au travers des aides, en soutenant la population meurtrière. Durant deux ans, plus de 100 000 femmes et enfants ont été pris en charge dans l'accompagnement psychosocial. Aujourd'hui, ces bénévoles nous racontent leurs engagements pour la communauté au risque de leurs vies.  Dans le quartier Himbi, au cœur de Goma, sous un silence accompagné du chant des oiseaux, Nathalie Muchinya et Alphanie Thembo racontent leur engagement en faveur des habitants de l'est du pays. En dépit des incertitudes, ces deux membres du Club RFI de Goma sont décidées à aller à la rescousse des communautés. « Depuis la guerre du M23, j'organise deux séances de groupe de paroles, de résilience émotionnelle et de décharge émotionnelle avec les jeunes. Travailler pour le bien des autres personnes sans attendre quelque chose en retour », explique Alphanie Thembo. « Ce qui m'anime aujourd'hui est de travailler en tant que bénévole au sein du club RFI Goma. C'est cet esprit d'abord d'humanité. L'humanitaire, c'est vraiment important pour moi et ce service qu'on rend à la communauté. Quelqu'un vient et témoigne de ce que vous lui avez fait ressentir, ce que vous lui avez encore donné, de nouveau cet espoir de vivre », abonde Nathalie Muchinya. Nathanaël Bora, chargé de programme au sein de l'organisation, estime que servir les communautés qui souffrent devrait animer l'humanité aujourd'hui : « Nous ne sommes pas affectés de la même manière. Bien sûr que, nous aussi, vivons dans cette communauté. Il y a des difficultés que nous connaissons. Par exemple, à cause de ce conflit, il y a des femmes qui sont violées. Alors qu'est-ce que nous, au Club RFI, nous faisons ? Nous cherchons à mettre ensemble le psychologue bénévole pour l'accompagnement psychologique de ces femmes violées, de ces victimes de violences sexuelles. Je suis vraiment motivé à continuer à aider ma communauté. Parce que ma communauté a besoin des œuvres caritatives, des œuvres de bénévolat pour surmonter toutes les difficultés que nous connaissons. » Des besoins énormes Depuis la prise des villes de Goma et Bukavu, les besoins sont devenus énormes. Maître Zacharie Bashwira, coordonnateur du Club RFI, plaide pour plus du financement, au regard de la crise actuelle qui s'accentue et dont les femmes et les jeunes, dit-il, sont les premières victimes. « Notre objectif, c'est d'arriver à encadrer ces jeunes. Les clubs RFI, par exemple, viennent de donner une chance à une trentaine de jeunes orphelins de guerre qui vivent dans les orphelinats à Goma et à Nyiragongo. Nous les avons formés à des métiers professionnels. Aujourd'hui, ils sont sur le marché de l'emploi. On ne va pas s'arrêter là. On va continuer ces cycles pour essayer de passer d'une jeunesse à risque à une jeunesse opportune », détaille-t-il. Aujourd'hui, le Club RFI à Goma compte 39 volontaires permanents et une centaine des bénévoles occasionnels, qui œuvrent tous au service de la communauté.
