Believe it or not all prayer assumes the sovereignity of God, If God is not sovereign, we have no assurance that He is able to answer our prayers. Bible in a Year: Psalms 51-53 & Romans 2

When Jesus cmmands us to be perfect as His father in heaven is perfect, a plumb line is set for us to live or dies by. Bible in  A Year: Psalms 49-50 & Romans 1

Confession means to agree with God on His assessment of our actions and thoughts and to name our sin to God. Bible in a Year: Psalms 46-48 & Acts 28. 

This is a salute to all families that have found the reunion as a way to keep their heritage alive, and give God the Glory for His giving them the vision, wisdom, and strength to continue.

The bible teaches that we should avoid certain people however, I suggest that if for some reason we are unable to do so,  when you do meet with them, you plant the seed of the gosple and pray for God to give it the increase.  We are taking a short break, while we go to Austin to visit our son that is recovering from the worst case that I have ever heard of - of what my granny called "Walking Pneumonia". We also have a grandson graduating from high school. It is a decision, that depended on how I responded to some minor surgery.
