Happy New Year everyone and welcome back to the Of Geeks and Goddesses podcast! It was so nice to see so many familiar faces back on the screen, talking about their experience with the Wizarding world! We jump right into a nostalgia trip and talk about how much of an HP fan we were back in the day! From the books, movies, video games, shirts, magazines, AND theme parks, Harry Potter was everything! After that we talk about it's impact online and how Tumblr served as a huge foundation to connect to wizards and witches all around the world and hyping each other up for the end of Harry Potter with Deathly Hallows Part 2! We then talk theme parks with the additions to the Wizarding World in Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure in Orlando, Florida, and how throughout the years it keeps expanding! We also briefly talk about our personal thoughts of what J.K Rowling (creator of HP) has recently said about Trans people on her Twitter page over the past year. After that we also chat about Pottermore, our experience with the website, how we got early access and the journey getting there! February, the month of love BUT it's also the month of us talking about how much we love Steven Universe!
