Sister Sister and Crater talk to your FMX Heroes about their careers. We like to keep it loose, perhaps a little off track? We really look forward to having some laughs and hear all the amazing stories. The places it has taken them good, bad and everywhere in between. I personally know and have seen some amazing things in the world of FMX!!
Wow......We are back, shocking we are off track once again but none the less back!! Today I got to talk to a savage that has "unofficially" jumped 425feet but come JUNE 17 2021(10 days from now) Alex is going to break the Ramp to Dirt distance record and put it on record hoping to go past the 350 mark! So if your in the Washington State area you better get out to the Moses Lake airport Thurs June 17th in the morning to watch history made!!
This week we got to talk to OG (Old Timer) Myles Richmond We had a fun time listening to Myles tell us how he just sucks at everything in life, except lawn chairs. I was having a really hard time buying what he was selling. He is a great guy and had a pretty awesome career as a top FMX guy for over a decade.
It was really good to Javier Villegas, Its cool to see someone come from their home town of Chile to the US and then all over the world to do what they love on a dirt bike. I learned Javier is a PATIENT man and that can be a good thing at times..... I will try and remember those stories!!
Had this one done and somehow still managed to get it out late........Didnt know a lot about this guy, but WOW wjat a story!!!
Episode #25 brings us a Montana Native. Travis is all about living life and telling his story. He wanted to let people know who he is more than just push an FMX persona. This may not be the most moto oriented show we have done, but it was a real good time.
OK.......might need a lil patience with the beginning of this one! El Chapo may or may not have tunneled thru Eric's internet connection, But trust when I say we get it figured out and It was such a fun one!! This kid is nuts but with the best head on his sholders. I like everythign this guy has going! Anytime there is stories of being held down at gunpoint by the "Policia" or "Cartel" You're in for a GOOD TIME!!!
Didn't know much about this "KID" (29) before the interview. What I learned is he has a great head on his sholders and still has LOT'S to show and give to the sport of FMX, Lets get some GOLD'S back for USA!!
We were up late doing this one for you guys. Had a really fun time learning a little more about the life of Edgar Torronteras, Really feel like this guy just puts smiles on faces everywhere he goes!
WOW, its 2021!! End of 2020 got a lil crazy but WE are back and back strong. The first guest of 2021 and our 21st episode is the one and only Mad Mike Jones!!
Playing Delilah again and answering the requests and dedications of the people. You are welcome! This was a good one too lets not lie they pretty much ALL are. This Australian OG has a pretty great story.....*audio may OR may not be a lil (SHIT) the last half hour. I am getting worried for my Auz friends and whats going on over there......?????
Owner of one of the most iconic / notorious compounds to ride at to this day in the So-Cal area. What's understood doesn't need to be explained! I think we had a good time with this one, and once again we missed some stories....... we are going to catch up with a bunch of these past guys and put out some BONUS STUFF!!
Let me start by saying the first maybe 1/2 hour is a little rough, I think Matt was doing some air traffic control @ the BNE landing some 777's on the tarmac. It gets way better and he was a really fun interview. This one I was playing Delilah, just taking requests and dedications from the fans and making it happen quick (Your welcome)
This week WE went all the way to Barcelona Spain to interview Jose Garcia. He was a little nervous about his english...... truth be told, it could be better then mine. This interview was a little on the shorter side but I thought we had a really good time, That was one thing I took away from this guy...... He loves to have a good time. Think I made a new friend! Take a listen and let us know what you guys think.
This week we got to talk to another X-Games GOLD medalist. He was one of the early ones in the FMX game and a big jumper with a good bag of tricks.
This week we talk with 2X X-Games Medal winner Caleb Wyatt. He talks us through his racing and early traveling with Shawn Highland. Then takes us through the highs of winning xgames to the lows of dealing with his battle thru addiction. The 2+ hours went quick we need to get him back on sometime soon and her more stories.
This week we talk to Kris Garwarsiuk, He has been in the game 20+ years having fun and getting paid to ride his dirt bike. We talk about his career of riding and all things Canada from Strange Brew to some Tim Hortons.
He is a 3X X-Games Best Trick gold medalist, He was one of the most Innovative riders of all time....... He may question some people, and ask some questions...... ???
This week we have another one of the true pioneers of Freestyle Motocross. He was one of the only people in FMX to ever have a factory ride and it was with factory yamaha, pretty amazing. Hope you guys enjoy this one.
On this episode we talk to a up and coming Australian freestyle motocross rider. We didn't know that much about him but it was a fun talk and we learned a lot, Hope you guys enjoy!
Another PNW local, this one has a bronze medal from the 2018 X-Games Aspen Snow Bike Best Trick. Its crazy to me how far I have seen this guy progress in his FMX career.
We got to talk to New Jersey's own Derek Burlew. This was a super fun one, he has a great story!
Seth Enslow...... Nothing more needs to be said! I did notice I drop a lot of F-Bombs....working on it!!!
S1: E6 This week we interviewed one of the Original Badasses of the FMX scene. Colin has been riding bikes his whole life but that's only the tip of the iceberg for "Scummy".... take a listen to the crazy places his motorcycle took him, and all the other weird antics he got up to.
Its Episode number 5, for this Podcast we called up another OG PNW MM guy, Beau Manley. If ya know Manley, you know he has some stories. We have definitely had a couple tough times with the learning curve but I can only imagine they keep getting better and better. Only got 1 1/2 hours with Beau on this one but I think its jammed packed.
Happy Memorial Day! On this epsoide of the OffTrackFMXPodcast, WE talk to another legend of the FMX game. He was "really" our 2nd podcast and WE had a couple difficulties. Should be getting better at everything hang in there guys. Everything should be working now with website, iTunes, Spotify and our YouTube page. I will also SOON be working on getting more pics up on the FB, IG and Twitter. Want to say a big THANK YOU again to Matt for coming on, WE had a really good time.
Episode #3: This week we talk to Mike "Tex" Davenport. We reached to out to Tex after Ryan Capes brought him up in his interview. Tex was one of the original big mountain snow boarders. He transitioned his big mountain attitude over to the FMX scene in the early days and was a pioneer in the sport.
Episode #2 Ryan was just a kid Sister grew up with and rode with a bunch. He watched him progress and become one of the greatest distance jumpers to have aver lived. The man Evil once Called the "King of distance jumping" put on some great shows. It saddened us as well as the entire moto community to hear of his passing. We did this podcast with him on 3/30/2020 just over a month before his tragic death. Please take a listen and enjoy what we never thought would be his last interview. RIP Capes.
Hello and Welcome to OffTrackFMXPodcast. This is the first Podcast we have attempted to produce and the first episode of said podcast series. I think it would have felt weird to start the whole thing off with anyone other then the one and only Justin Homan! We got him to talk to us for about 2hr 15min in this interview and went thru just a few of the many FUN and interesting stories he has had thruought his life. I / WE are going to be working hard to get better and get this thing 100% figured out. I also will be working on puting up some of the pictures or stories we talk about I am going to be doing my best to get content out so check back often. I know we already have some giveaways and contest in the works, and with that being said make sure to give "US" a follow, a like, a subscribe.
